In an area that is oversaturated with Mexican restaurants, this one is pretty good. I can't say it was amazing, but my chimichanga was tasty. A few complaints I heard from others in my party was that the beans were cold on a few different plates.

I didnt take photos but 2 coworkers and I tried this place for lunch today. 2 of us had steak fajitas and 1 had chicken fajitas. Those who know, know if the chips and salsa blow on the front end, and if the horchata is crap, forget about it; everything was great. We were all surprised about the mediocre average reviews. Will definitely go back; i think they probably changed who was in the kitchen or something which was the cause of bad past reviews. Place was clean, service was great, and price was right on point for an above average lunch. It was pretty empty, give these folks some business. Highly recommend.

Nice space inside. Some well known dishes. Loved the sauces they brought out when we ordered queso. Tried the al pastor tacos, carnitas sopes, chilaquiles, and a great passion fruit margarita. Definitely will go back to try more items. Service was great and we enjoyed our first experience here.

Went yesterday for dinner. Wife had shrimp taco combo, I had the barbacoa taco combo. We shared the guacamole bowl. We both had margaritas, and I had a shot of house tequila. Wife had her margarita delivered, and I had my shot delivered. I waited another 8-10 minutes for my margarita. The barbacoa was very dry, and I had to take a drink with every bite to get the taco down. The guacamole was passed on after a few bites. Terrible service in the respect that we were one of three patrons in the restaurant, and she hardly came by.

I did not even wait for food nor did I even let it get so far as even taking a seat, the one girl there, the heavyset one...I don't think could have been any more rude and lazy and unhelpful ,at least to this gringo, but this seems to be a trend in a lot of these places lately,and when management watches,sees what's going on and does nothing not only will I not ever step foot in there again, I will discourage as many as I can from doing so. Nobody should pay their hard earned money to be treated like a nothing, and nobody should get paid to treat people in this manner. NO GO!!
Parking: Parking is not good, very limited number of spaces, and it can be hard to get into the parking lot, it is located on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in this part of denbigh.
I ordered an order of empanada and the waitress asked me if I wanted it soft or obviously I ordered it crispy But when the plate arrived, I received an order of hard chicken tacos.And in Mexico, hard tacos are called empanadas, they should let you know before serving them.

I decided to order from here today because my original spot I order my Mexican food from wasn’t open. Although the woman that answered the phone was super nice and assisted me well and got my order perfect, the food itself was a big disappointment although it looked like it would taste good it didn’t ! The tamales was nothing but Masa and I mean super thick masa. Very little meat at all. And the Menudo was tasteless had no flavor, the meat wasn’t cooked all the way through so the tripe was super tough. I won’t be ordering from here again.
