Moe's Southwest Grill

Ordered curbside. Went in to the counter 5 or 6 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready - and the app said it had been successfully delivered - and the order hadn’t been started per staff at the counter. Used to be a favorite location for the good food and friendly service. Over time, the staff have become less professional, often bickering amongst themselves. Cleanliness was lacking. Pick up orders were routinely not ready.

When I put in a order through the app, my husband went to pick it up. My order was written very clearly on the receipt and on the app what I wanted on 2 orders of nachos. One order was rice with steak, the other order was steak with onions and peppers.

Ordered steak burrito. There was a group of 6 people before me and I was ordering for myself and 2 other people to go. The women taking my order Kaitlyn 1128 did not put any steak in the burrito was a bit agitated from the larger group before me. Get a new host but Kaitlyn is not the one. Will not be going back to this moe's again... In addition will be calling store tomorrow for refund and reporting on moe's website. How hard is it to make a burrito off the kids menu when we literally read you our order.

Tables filthy... explains the roaches. Couldn’t even find a seat that was clean

Moes at CNU Paid $9.86 for a chicken bowl with one little scoop of chicken,food was nasty,place was very dirty,went to get some salsa for my old nasty chips and there was a small roach crawling around the sauces,definitely not gonna be eating at anymore moes ever again...

Generous portions. Good flavor. Not overwhelmingly memorable.

The restaurant was very warm. Need a good deep cleaning. Gave me someone else's order. Staff was friendly and the food was good.

Roaches crawling everywhere, dead ones in the beans. Avoid this place at all costs “you will regret it when you get food poisoning” the one star is for the staff that has to work here the missing 4 stars are for the aids in the milk.

Moe's queso dip is leagues better than its competitors. Only issue with the restaurant is that the food always seems to be too salty.

Used to be a favorite spot. Training for the staff has obviously dropped off considerably. Also we were given hardly any meats on our dishes and were told by the cashier that they have made revisions to the portion sizes for the proteins. Unfortunate, but I may be making some revisions of my own...

Getting better. Some of the staff seem disinterested but normally the management is always cheery and friendly

Roaches crawling on the glass while you are trying to order your food. AND the employees just watching it crawl instead of killing it. Another customer had to kill it on the counter and the employees still did NOT at least sanitize the counter after the customer killed it

Good food, family really likes it there.

Today....service was better than chic fil a. They were wonderful, all of them. Not overwhelmingly fake nice like that other place, but genuine. 😍

We've been here maybe two dozen times. Food is always up to par. However, this place is rarely clean looking. There's usually trash on the floor, the drink area routinely needs a wiping down, the tables that are wiped down look like they've been wiped halfheartedly or with a dirty rag, and the floors are slick and greasy. Great food...but maybe get it to go.
