I’m sorry I eat at Moe’s a lot it’s definitely one of my favorite places. But this Moe’s is a mess my white rice was hard. The lady had no clue how to make the Birria tacos. The tacos for 16.99 were disgusting. I eat at the Hampton location and they are definitely wayyyy better.

This was my introductory to Moe’s, this place(I’ve been going to this location since 2008)! They’ve either fallen from greatness, or when I asked for four burrito’s they heard me ask for juniors. These burritos used to be packed! It wasn’t a science experiment with exact measurements, that’s what it looks like now though. Precise rice measurement, precise bean(can’t drain the juice) measurement, precise steak(is there a sear on the meat?) measurement(why is my steak sitting in water). Moe’s has fallen for me. 4 burritos and a “bowl” of queso is not worth sixty dollars. Moe’s you WERE better than chipotle, now I’ll take my money there instead.

No tofu, no pinto beans, minimal sauces, and were stingy on queso and guac. Do not recommend it. It seemed busy and workers were very annoyed and rude toward customers.

Out of Tofu. Out of Pento beans. Out of cups for the salsa. Scanner was broken. This Moe’s has seen better days.

Pick up order was missing the chicken so basically just had a bowl of rice and some veggies. Definitely disappointing.

First and last time here. I decided to try Moe’s for the first time. Ordered online and when I got there a young light skinned just stared at me. No hello, no nothing. After a few minutes I asked the only customer in front of me where the pick up area was . I walked over there and the lady said my order wasn’t ready . I waited about 7 minutes so it was already after the time I was given online. But the lady on that side was very friendly. Older black lady. She was nice.

I ordered a home wrecker bowl with chicken, seasoned rice and other condiments and when I finally got home to eat it, there was no rice, the beans juice wasn’t drained and the girl at the front had an attitude and pretty much tossed the bag to me. I’ve never had a problem with their food but whoever was working tonight absolutely ruined a meal I was looking forward to

Employees' energy had a negative attitude, making for a bad atmosphere. Service was slow. On the line to get the food, it was messy and unclean looking, and there wasn't any salsa on the sauce bar. No ice was available for soda and ice tea. There were a lot of negative things going on at 1 time.

My first time to this location, and This Moe’s must be free-styling. Everything was visible seasoned including the rice and not in a good way. Even the pico had pepper all over it. All together it was just too salty or over seasoned. I’ve never had moes that was like that.

My trip to Moes was the single-most depressing experience I have ever had. We walked into the dead restaurant, not a single person in sight, except one man sitting and eating. We wait for 20 minutes to be served,
making awkward eye contact with the employees doing dishes in the back. After 10 minutes of attempting to ask them if the store is even open, the man gets up, and begins to make our food. Most bizarre experience. He moves

I used to go here all the time as a young kid with my grandparents. They would take my brother and I on our way home to our parents house after a weekend with them. After my grandmother passed, we stopped going. 8 years later, I am 16, I decided to take my best friend for some nostalgia. I got the same thing I had all those years ago, and it was just as amazing as I remembered. Since that visit in May, we’ve probably gone 5 times a month. The workers are so kind, we have nicknames for some of them, and they even recognize my friend and I when we walk through the door. I love them and the food so much. Thank you Moe’s. You will never understand the happiness you give my friend and I. After typing this review, I will most likely be on my way to get some nachos. ❤️❤️

Hadn’t been to this location in years and thought I’d give it a try again since I can only remember positive experiences. My food tasted like I remember it but the staff made my experience very unpleasant.

The worker at the register was very unfriendly with me from the moment I stepped up to it despite my usual kind demeanor. I wanted to scan my app so that I could earn points for my order and I have never had an issue with this at other locations. I guess he wasn’t ready for me to do so (the app scanner is on the customer’s side) and from there on he was very rude with me. I immediately noticed, apologized and explained that I was just looking to get points for my order. He seemed to take a couple seconds to re-enter my order (one single entree) and then made a statement like, “That’s why we don’t do it like that” as if I was supposed to know this. If that’s the case, remove the scanner from the customer’s side so that there are no misconceptions. He then wanted to type in my phone number, which I hesitantly provided given his poor attitude. He then looked at me for several seconds as if I was dumb and said, “There’s nothing. No rewards.” I repeated myself again and said I was only looking to earn points for my order. Of course he just replied, “Oh” and then allowed me to proceed with my transaction. It’s been several days now and my order still has not appeared on my app for points, so 1) that entire interaction was a waste of everyone’s time and 2) I believe the worker intentionally did not ring my order up with my Moe’s account, for whatever pathetic reason it mattered to him.

A “Now Hiring” sign on the window but behind the counter was an abundance of staff doing virtually nothing since no other customers had come in during the time I ate my meal. Most every table was dirty so there weren’t many places to pick from for dining in. I wanted to ask for a top for my meal because the whole environment had just made me uncomfortable at this point, but I didn’t want to interact with anyone else who worked there after the experience I had just had. I could hear staff loudly having personal conversations behind the counter as I ate. And as I was walking out, I very clearly heard a staff member make a comment about my appearance. I turned to find the majority of the staff behind the counter staring at me and laughing as I walked out the door.

I definitely won’t be returning and I definitely recommend management do a better job hiring and managing the employees at this location. Based on most other recent reviews, it seems many others feel the same.
