Moe's Southwest Grill

I used to be stationed in the area, and Moe’s was always my go-to spot. So when I had the chance to return for training, I was genuinely excited to eat at one of my favorite restaurants again.

The staff was friendly, and I had no issues with their service. However, I was really disappointed with the food quality. The chicken behind the bar looked dried out, and much of the other food appeared like it had been sitting out uncovered for too long. After paying $15 for a burrito, I went to the salsa bar—and it was a mess. At that point, I turned around and left.

Honestly, I was too afraid to eat the burrito because I didn’t want to risk getting sick. This wasn’t the Moe’s I remembered.

I’ve gotten 2 catering orders from here for around 250 people each time. 1 time it was delivered and they forgot SO MUCH FOOD. So I give them another try over a year later, I decide to pickup to make it easier.
It was not. Their AC was out. They had like 5-6 employees working, but only 1 was actually cutting food and working. Everyone else was literally either just standing around, or sitting on their phones. I got there 15 mins before my pickup order, and left 30mins after I was supposed to pickup. They had the cold items just out on the tables in the hot store. No one offered to help bring food to the truck, they didn’t bag the food properly. It was a terrible interaction. We will NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THEM AGAIN. Juan’s is in the same shopping center, do yourself the favor and just go there instead.

I would give it 0 stars if I could my boyfriend and I ordered food from them and they gave him a kid sized burrito with one piece of steak in it. The food had no flavor. And they gave me double and charged me for it. I said I wanted one of each rice and beans and they charged me double because the guy was packing a lot into the bowl and under packed my boyfriends burrito. I didn’t ask for it. We didn’t want to tip because the amount difference but the machine was weird. They said click the arrow to choose an option we clicked one button and it gave them more than a 20% tip. We are never going back to this place.

Not sure what’s going on with other people’s food but mine was super tasty! I got the chicken ranch quesadilla. Omg I stuffed my face so fast and filled up quickly. I’m gonna save the other half of it. Really nice portion size.

I've never had bad food from Moe's but this food was not good. The food tasted and smelled like few days old leftovers. The portions make chipotle look generous. The service was friendly but I wouldn't recommend this place

I’m sorry I eat at Moe’s a lot it’s definitely one of my favorite places. But this Moe’s is a mess my white rice was hard. The lady had no clue how to make the Birria tacos. The tacos for 16.99 were disgusting. I eat at the Hampton location and they are definitely wayyyy better.

This was my introductory to Moe’s, this place(I’ve been going to this location since 2008)! They’ve either fallen from greatness, or when I asked for four burrito’s they heard me ask for juniors. These burritos used to be packed! It wasn’t a science experiment with exact measurements, that’s what it looks like now though. Precise rice measurement, precise bean(can’t drain the juice) measurement, precise steak(is there a sear on the meat?) measurement(why is my steak sitting in water). Moe’s has fallen for me. 4 burritos and a “bowl” of queso is not worth sixty dollars. Moe’s you WERE better than chipotle, now I’ll take my money there instead.
