Was ignored for 10 minutes before my order was taken--10 MINUTES without an explanation. Then more time for a small To Go order, at least someone apologized for that. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Food is a bit pricey, but absolutely delish. I always order from the self serve kiosks and never have had a problem with my order. Facilities are clean and great free wifi for work or pleasure while you enjoy your order if dining in.

It's my favorite place to get my muffin for my coffee. My favorite is orange cranberry. Pumpkin is also good. The salad is so awesome. I get the Fiji apple salad. Nice place to have any meal of the day. Healthy choices.
Rather large dining room. Their "system" was down while we were there, making it impossible to use some of their programs. Food was fine, as usual. Service was quick enough. Dining room was pretty dirty. They seem to be somewhat understaffed, as many places are these days. Note that cream cheese for the bagel is $1.60. Using butter instead will save you some money.Parking: Plenty of parking shared with the Starbucks next door.

Always friendly staff. Only downside on this occasion was the staff member cut my bagels very unevenly with a knife, resulting in awful thin lopsided halves that would toast properly and burned.

Yesterday I went into this Panera location to pick up a catering order. We had gotten the pick up locations mixed up, but Jacklyn swooped in and took charge! She jumped right in to help create a new order and completely alleviated any stress I had about getting the food I needed in a timely manner. Jacklyn had amazing customer service and went above and beyond. Thank you!!! :)

This location has drastically fell off lately and I don’t understand why.I had to stop being a customer because I’m wasting my money.As friendly and helpful the staff are their quality of work is horrible.My sandwiches are always sloppily made and never the way I ordered it and the soup just doesn’t taste the same anymore.I don’t plan l. Being a patron anytime soon but I hope they do improve.

Rapid orders are always on time. Personal was kind efficient and fast. The order was great, and the food quality was as good as usual. The coffee and drink were good, noting when wrong, and even so, they'll fixt it right away. I like this place is calm and clean. Employees are also very welcoming. The variety is always on stock. I'll recommend this panera.
