When you walk in no one greets you, so I called the manager about my order, keep tge pizza, here's a refund too, the manager is great.

There isn't really atmosphere at a pick-up only pizza location. The pizza was ready just a little earlier than the expected time and was ready when we got there. It tasted fresh and it wasn't salty or greasy. The garlic butter dipping cup was good with the crust.

Try to order delivery and the stupid automated system can't ever get anything right had to come to the store and get my own pizza they're ruining pizza delivery

ordered pizza today, and it took almost 50 minutes to arrive. By the time it got here, it was cold and not tasty at all. I spent nearly $29 including tax, delivery fee, and tip—for just a medium pizza that cost $19. It was cold, and the crust was dried out. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again for the next few years. I should’ve just heated up a frozen pizza from home…

I ordered the Extra Large New York pizza. It should have added Extra greasy to the title. This was the worse pizza ever. Silly me thinking the crust would be somewhat crunchy, not the limp greasy yuck it turned out to be. Never knew pepperoni pizza came with a side order of hair. I’d include a photo but I don’t want to gross people out viewing what I spit out. Absolutely horrible. On the high side Mike the manager refunded the fee quickly.

It's just your basic puzza place. Nothing fancy. Nothing makes their pizza unique.

I ordered through the Papa John app. Delivery was within the given window. The delivery driver was professional and polite. It wasn’t until we sat down to eat and opened the boxes, that we found the issues. The first one was small. They forgot the pizza sauce for the bacon breadsticks we ordered. The second issue is what made me want to post this. On a pepperoni, pineapple and banana pepper pizza, they forgot the pepperonis. One of the top 3 toppings in the US and they forgot it…..disappointing.

Friendly staff worker assisted in taking order in person. Received The Works with parmesan garlic crust type pizza 15 minutes later. It was delicious in taste.
