ORDERED A PIZZA ALMOST 2 hours ago for pick up and im convinced they had to go find the pig, kill it, make the pepperoni & then the pizza. no reason getting a pepperoni pizza should take that long!! PIZZA HUT WOULD NEVER!! if youre on a time schedule dont order here

I placed an order tonight before 6pm. It was 2 papadillas and a small pizza. Estimated delivery was between 6:20 and 6:40. At 7pm, I checked the Papa Track (which originally said the pizza was out for delivery about 20 minutes earlier), and it rerouted me to Doordash because apparently they were contracted to deliver. Then, the new delivery time was 7:40, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. I called the location, and the gentleman was nice enough, but he didn't offer anything but a cancellation. The food hadn't even left the store yet. I know it wasn't that guy's fault, but I am so disappointed. They need to have a better policy when implementing door dash. At least call the customer and let them know how late it will be so that they can make other plans! I will not be ordering from this location again.

Two delivery in row. First time driver forgot the 4 sauces and blame people the store people for not packing. Second time they bring the wrong sauce. And was told to wait for the sauce to get deliver again while the pizza get cold coming from a manager on the phone. Got the order at 1200 and got the sauce at 116pm. That's with me going there to get it myself and the driver still have not come by.

After waiting 45+ minutes, my order was delivered to the wrong address! The staff and management did not care as if it was my fault that the driver could not read street signs. They were not empathic with our frustrations and it was extremely disappointing. This was our second time ordering here, and we'll be taking our business elsewhere, hopefully with an establishment that is capable of delivering to the correct address. I would not recommend buying anything from here!!

Halloween jack-o-lantern pizza. Let's start with not fresh. Was not even warm. It was very thin crust that was burnt. Couldn't chew the crust it was too tough. The sauce was can tasting. All in all, was nice discount but should of been more. Wanted better for Halloween dinner

Ordered an XL New York pepperoni pizza through the app. Only got a cheese pizza. Pizza was crunchy, ordered boneless wings and the wings look like chicken nuggets. And ordered bread sticks and they look horrible. I definitely will not be ordering from this place again. Came back from overseas and wanted pizza and I get bad service. Called the store and told them I didn't get pepperoni and they said I only put cheese on it...why in the world would I order a XL Pepperoni pizza Special and only get cheese?? The box says pepperoni pizza but apparently you have to add pepperonis to the order but it's a freaking pepperoni pizza why do I have to add pepperonis on a pizza that's already named pepperoni?
