I was intrigued by the ads for the New York style pizza. I lived in New Jersey many years ago and had fond memories of the New York pizzas. Well, this was not a New York pizza. Not in appearance, texture, or taste. It was not a bad pizza, but not what was advertised.

Overall, this has to be the BEST Papa John’s in the area compared to the one in Turnberry Shopping Center. I will literally drive the 15 mins to pick up my pizza from here than to get it from TURNBERRY, Please teach those idiots how to cook pizza! Pizza here is always warm and freshly made and always handled with care. 10/10 recommend.

Made an order to deliver. They messed my order up. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the order all they were willing to do was issue a refund and blame the driver. Terrible customer service

Ordered a large pizza, 2 liter and wings, no wings or 2 liter showed up. The pizza boy, I don't remember his name but he had colorful hair and was light skinned, he was incredibly rude. Didn't say hello or anything just pushed the pizza into my arms and held out a hand waiting for payment. I'll never order again.

Order the works pizza ask for extra black olives and when I got the pizza toppings were on one side and no extra but they charge u for it… when they first opened they were great but now they don’t put toppings evevnly over the pizza nor do they give u extra… poppa John I need u to better .. I get u measure topping but make sure u distributed evenly cuz chanellos is making ur pizza look skimpy

Consistent unable to make delivery to address and they call asking to meet them somewhere. Defeats the purpose of delivery.
Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. I placed a 70.00 + dollar order waited over 30 minutes for my order for them to tell me my order was delivered. Which I didn’t receive. Ask to speak to a manager, no manager was available. Which I know is a lie. I am in the business of retail. Then I ask for the corporate number the gentleman didn’t know it. Joe was the person that answered the phone Brandon was the one that was supposed to deliver my food. The bad part about it all I had to call another location to get the general manager phone number which his name is John I did call and leave a message hopefully he will return my call. He really needs to know how rudely I was treated by his staff. but I will definitely not order from this location ever.

My partner asked the driver to move so we can back out. He then said you need to wait 30 mins. My partner said that’s not going to work we need to leave. Can you please move the truck up? The driver got explicit! Said … no “N word” you can wait! The driver also threatened to beat him up! My parter said move the truck. As things escalated the “manager” came out & said it’s for us to block the space in to unload. You can wait! I then asked where the “do not park” signs” we’re. Manager rolled his eyes & walked in!
