******CUSTOMER BEWARE*******
Disgusting food, do NOT eat here. I ordered food to go yesterday. The shrimp was so hard and burnt. It looked liked it was days old food. The salad was horrible tasted like it was soaked in disinfectant. My spouse was sick all evening after eating this trash. The eggrolls were burnt, nothing was fresh. The lady taking the order over the phone was rude, that should have been a sign not to purchase their disgusting food. $50 dollars for two lemon grass shrimp and eggrolls. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Do not waste your money on this trash!!! They should be ashamed!

Poor service, small portions. Minature eggrolls, 2 oz meat for $10 kids meal. Not worth it. Server doeant write anything so had to repeat order several times. Never came back to table after getting order. Didnt tell us where to check out. Theres way better Vietnamese in NN thats not run by kids.

The service was very disappointing. I asked for extra onions, but they only brought them near the end of my meal — and that was only after I asked again. The portion size was small, and sometimes they even seem to be out of ingredients. Also, the utensils didn’t seem to be properly cleaned, especially the soup ladle.

The food is ok but definitely overpriced for the portions they’ve started giving. I spent $30 on 2 baby spring rolls (with 2 small shrimp each), a small Pho, and a drink 🫤. They seem to be understaffed which is probably why the service was just ok. This used to be my go to spot but they’ve been going downhill for a while

The price was on the higher end, but I enjoyed the food. I liked that the broth I got was not oily, rather it was translucent and aromatic which is a sign of high quality Vietnamese broth. Not every pho restaurant will offer vegetarian dishes, so that they have them available made me happy. I would recommend giving them a go and seeing if it’s for you. In addition, the portion I received for takeout was able to personally justify the price for me, since I was able to eat pho for 2-3 consecutive meals (lol). Your mileage may vary.

Authentic, customizable, easy to accommodate restrictive diets. And you won't leave hungry! Never had a bad experience here, would have any menu items. The staff is great at helping you choose if you are new or just want something different. Modern yet cozy, top Pho shop in Newport News because every ingredient is fresh and high quality. 10/10.

Ordered through doordash, it was the worst!! There was black hair with gray roots all through my food, even stuck in the meat. With God as my witness, my daughter pulled a gray small piece of hair out of her teeth! I have eaten at this location many times and enjoyed my food. However, I can't help but to gag everytime I think of it and will never eat here again!! Disgusting!! They are nasty and do not care anymore. I think the state should do an inspection of the kitchen.

The food tastes great but the portions aren’t consistent.I feel I should get more than this for almost $20

A favorite place to eat, I've been coming here for years. The service is fast and friendly. There is a good variety of food to choose from.
