The food is ok but definitely overpriced for the portions they’ve started giving. I spent $30 on 2 baby spring rolls (with 2 small shrimp each), a small Pho, and a drink 🫤. They seem to be understaffed which is probably why the service was just ok. This used to be my go to spot but they’ve been going downhill for a while

The price was on the higher end, but I enjoyed the food. I liked that the broth I got was not oily, rather it was translucent and aromatic which is a sign of high quality Vietnamese broth. Not every pho restaurant will offer vegetarian dishes, so that they have them available made me happy. I would recommend giving them a go and seeing if it’s for you. Authentic, customizable, easy to accommodate restrictive diets. And you won't leave hungry! Never had a bad experience here, would have any menu items. The staff is great at helping you choose if you are new or just want something different. Modern yet cozy, top Pho shop in Newport News because every ingredient is fresh and high quality. 10/10.
