This is one of the worst pizzas I have EVER received from a Pizza Hut. The pizza was dry and rock hard, making it very difficult to chew. My 5 and 6 year old daughters couldn’t finish one slice. I ask you, what kid refuses to eat pizza!? That’s how you know how bad it was. I’m disappointed that I wasted my money at this establishment.

Simply put.....I don't think any employee,at least none that I've seen, that work at this Pizza Hut, give a damn about you, the food you've paid for, the food you receive, their job, the cleanliness of even the front door area, or the reputation of the company they are representing, or the company itself. I'll buy a frozen pizza before I would ever patronize this particular pizza hut again.

This establishment used to be one we looked forward to doing business with. We've ordered delivery from them for about a year now and have never had issues. Last week we ordered from them as usual. They called us 30 minutes later and told us they can't deliver to our residence, as it's too far away from their location. (It's a 7 minute drive.) We go to the store to pick up our order. Every employee, except for the one guy inside working inside by himself, was standing outside the door. Some were smoking. Others were chatting up women who were walking by. One was checking out someone's car. They offered no help to the employee inside who was getting multiple orders ready on his own. I wish I had gotten his name. Clearly he cares about his job. Despite this, we ordered delivery again from them today. Assuming that them not being able to deliver due to us "being too far" was a one time occurrence. Because on the site our address shows we are eligible for delivery. They called us after we placed our order and told us this specific store no longer offers deliveries. Either the site is not accurate and has not been updated, or the current employees are lazy. We will go elsewhere from now on due to the lack of teamwork within this establishment, and the conflicting statements of whether they deliver or not.

I don't know who's sending bad reviews but I haven't ever received bad service here. They cashier there tonight was super sweet and polite, my food was hot and ready when I got there and the presentation was exceptional. That chicken bbq pizza , minus the bacon, add chicken sausage with onions was delicious! My son and I devoured that box within an hour lol. My daughter kept asking for more cheese bread. The dinner box we ordered was less than $25 and even included cinnamon sticks. You can't go wrong with this location. The other one located near Bland Blvd belongs in the bottom of the garbage. If you're in between the two ... Choose this location. I highly recommend it!
I ordered a large pizza to have it delivered to my house I ate the first one just fine. The second one I took a bite and there were two pieces of metal like a Brillo pad or something like that in my pizza. Suggestion- GLOVES!!!!! Be careful.

Pizza came burned. Called and they offered $20 credit. I said fine...called about a week later, no credit applied to my account.Update 6.3.24- ordered at 909pm, it's 1007pm, $60 order for the kids, put on hold, and then ten minutes later told "3 ahead of you" meaning my food has been sitting in the back of a car for an hour ....great, totally worth the $50 order and $10 tip ...joke children. Order somewhere else
