Long Wait Rude Manager Never Again I had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Hut. After waiting way too long for my order, the lady manager came out with a nasty attitude and told everyone she was closing the store early and not taking any more orders — even though the place was still open! She didn’t apologize or try to help anybody. Just rude and dismissive like she didn’t care at all. If you want your time wasted and to be treated like a problem, this is the place. Never again!👎🏼

The girl was so rude I left and went to the next Pizza Hut down the road. That one was better, go there. Go anywhere else but here. Your dinner doesn’t have to come with a crap attitude

Service has gone down hill at this location. My pizza and wings were nasty. And the response I got was “do you know we short staffed?” So because y’all don’t have proper staffing it’s okay to send out anything?? I’m so disappointed this really used to be my go to spot. I see why the other location shut down!

Please be patient with this location. They're receiving their regular customers and from the closed location area. You get more by being kind than you do screaming, yelling and cussing. If you don't like their service, go somewhere else. I'm grateful to be able to still get my pizza from them although I have to travel further than I like. However, I'll still support because newport news uptown is losing a lot of good places.

I did a delivery order online over $50 worth when I check the app. It stated I would have my delivery by 7:42 PM but it stated it was prepping. It was now 7:50 PM. I’ve called the store three times talked to one guy, twice. He said the delivery was on the way and the app sometimes messes up. Second time he put me on hold to call the driver and then we got disconnected. I called back a third time spoke to a female. She told me that she would get a supervisor on the phone and then eventually she came back and said nobody was answering the phone there. I went up there. The customer service was unacceptable and employee cussing about somebody else that he works with. The manager, refund my money And just apologized and then I asked for a receipt and she said the general manager has to print that up and won’t be there till the next day. I used to love Pizza Hut, but after this never again. I had to give a one star just to write this complaint. It should be zero stars
