I have ordered pizza from this store several times and believe my last time will be for the last superbowl on 11 Feb. I started calling to inquire about the status of my order when it was late after an hour. After almost three hours, I finally got through to be told all orders were cancelled. Sent a critique through corporate and was contacted by the area director and was told there would be a store credit for my next order. Not, the store didn't even recognize I had an order on the date mentioned (lucky I saved the email). Customer service is very poor at this store and expect denial and to be lied to by Hut Central Virginia LLC.
My first time trying the Hot Honey Pepperoni…was totally delicious!!. Plenty of pepperoni’s & equal amount of Honey Heat drizzle! Delicious!!??Customer Service went right w/it. Offered paper plates & other condiments. ?Nothing like Da Hut??

Pizza was disgusting. I ordered a large supreme (looked more like a medium) and 2 order of wings. There was very little sauce on it, bread was thick and nasty and the veggies was skimpy. It looked and tasted like school pizza. We threw it away. Pizza Hut has falling completely off.

I was given an awesome experience with Ms. Gerrianna on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023. My pizzas were made with fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and in a timely manner. Ms. Gerrianna was very knowledgeable of the meun choices and I took her suggestions. I will definitely be coming back to this Pizza Hut ashton green again. Thank you so much

There was one young lady working, alone, with one delivery driver who was gone. Gone. She was so very kind and personable. I waited in my car and ask her to wave. My pizza was ready, she started out the door with it and I just jumped out of the car and met her there. She was very sweet.

My order took over an hour to be delivered, the pizza box was crushed on top (cheese stuck to lid), didn't have Mountain Dew that I paid for so offered me Diet Pepsi (what??), didn't give me the ranch dip that I paid for and the mild wings were actually the spicy wings and too hot for me to eat/enjoy. Very disappointed.
