We do delivery only. The food never disappoints, but the drivers never pay attention to the instructions in the app. We ask them to leave the food at our door, and they always stand there until we answer. That will always be my only complaint. Everything else is good.

Customer service sucks here. I understand workers deserve to take a break, but if you are going to take a break during busy store hours, at least post a return time so people have an expectation of time of service. If Pizza Hut is serious about their business, they should address this customer service issue.
