Ordered delivery 6 days ago. 3 out of the 5 things I ordered was the incorrect type (ordered 2 types of diet drinks, a pizza, and 2 types of wings). I mainly ordered because I wanted diet soda without leaving the house. Both drinks were regular. 1 of the wings ordered was supposed to be buffalo and was garlic parmesan instead, which no one would eat. Driver was friendly but I did not notice till she left. I immediately chatted with customer service, who said they would forward the issue to the store and I would be contacted. I have not been contacted and it's been 6 days. I'll be sticking with dominos from now on, I think. Disappointed, especially after tipping and delivery fees.
Update: 3 weeks since the original post, I was never contacted. Sticking with dominos now.

I’ve never been a regular at a restaurant before and now I see why people are. The employees and managers made it a point ton it only learn me order and how I like it, but also my name. Every time I come in there (which is almost everyday) I am greeted with smiles and kindness no matter the time of day. I’m a simple person and pizza is my comfort food, but I order even more often because of the service.

The two dollars pizzas. Hot mess cause there is no organization. They are not call tickets and line out door cause Manager is not organizing orders.

We ordered online and part of the order accidentally wasn’t given to the driver. Brandy made sure to fix the issue promptly and Mark (our driver) was very accommodating to let us know to contact the store and they will send him right back out and they did. Excellent customer service and the food was amazing! Thank you to the whole team ❤️

My pizza was delicious!! Now that I know where is Pizza Hut is it will be my store!!!! The manager even carried my pizza and personal size pizza to my car. I’m using a cane and i appreciated that so much!!!! My new store!!!? Thank you!!!!!
