The pan meat lovers pizza was excellent, the service was friendly and helpful.Parking: Well lit parking lot. Handicap parking available.
The only thing I didn't like was the cashier put some pizza boxes on the floor to get my food from behind them. She was very sweet tho.

Small hairs were found in the chicken Alfredo pasta. I immediately contacted the store. Brianna answered the phone; I shared with her the issue and asked for a refund. She stated that refunds would need to be done at the end of the shift; and I told her that was fine. She then back peddled and checked with her managers Nicole and Natalie who told her to tell me to contact customer care because the only thing they could do is remake the order or give me a credit. Who in their right mind would ask for them to remake the order or want a credit after how I was grossed out by the fact that there was hair in my pasta the first time?! It appears employees at this location may not wear hair coverings, as the hairs were baked underneath the top layer sitting on the noodles. A credit is not an option at this point. I reached out to Pizza Hut customer care (same night the order was placed on 1/13/2024) and was met with the standard canned email response, "We have forwarded your feedback to the above store leadership team responsible for this restaurant. They will contact you within the next 3 business days to discuss this matter further at the phone number or email address you provided". I followed up again on 1/19/2024 because I hadn't heard back from anyone...and still haven't. Times up ..so review is posted. Consider ordering from another Pizza Hut location.

Great service, order was called in and ready in the time frame they had quoted after the order was placed. Our pizza was hot ? and made to order as requested. Great job we will definitely be returning! The 1 thing that would make it really cool is an arcade machine to play while waiting on the order.
Wrong order. Delivery took over an hour and was missing pasta. Manager didn't offer refund. Manager stated he would resend the order. Manager lied. Order never arrived.

Third time I ordered a pizza for delivery that was not right. I ordered a three topping pizza with extra sauce and got a pizza with no sauce each time. I can't waste my money here anymore. I took the pizza back tonight after i threw it in fridge after friend and I bit into a piece last night. Tried calling them back last night no answer...tried calling tonight no answer. Drove up there. Got a partial refund....absolutely no apology. Ate the delivery charge. Ordered wings a while back and got the completely wrong sauce. Tickets on pizza and wings match what I order but what arrives is not what you order. I miss the store that was on Jefferson ave next to taco bell. They ALWAYS got my order correct and tasty. These folks don't care. Since they can't deliver correctly and you have to pick it up anyway... go to Anna's at Hilton.

Ordered extra pepperoni on both pizzas in my big dinner box and both pizzas didn't have any extra pepperoni at all. Only two per slice... that is not extra and was ridiculous to hear. Wings were undercooked and cold! Called ahead before hand asking them very clearly to put them in longer for me because this is a continuous issue here. Undercooked wings. They also gave me hot sauce instead of pizza sauce for my breadsticks which ruined them for my wife who only likes the breadsticks. Terrible service and attention to detail for 32$

I applied to this location. The manager was late for my interview and I hope YOU see this. I had a prior engagement and I let him know that. I couldn’t wait and miss my appointment so I started the interview late when he was finally ready and I am now being penalized for being professional and keeping my word? I would love to speak to real higher up management about this because I do not appreciate getting lied to by the manager and being treated so unprofessionally. He seemed like a genuine person up front. I would not recommend this location. Go elsewhere if you can. Lack of integrity with management will lead to questionable food practices due to his nature. Take your business elsewhere. Spend your money elsewhere.
