Another great time spent here! I had the San Jose Burrito! Soooo good! I like the kick of spice added. I also had a margarita (lime). Happy hour special. Wonderful. The place is always clean, plenty of parking (except for Cinco de Mayo) and always a popping environment! We also had the steak fajitas, forgot to picture it ?, it was good as well???. It has changed managers, but it’s still a fantastic place for a good time. Food comes out hot, fresh, and fast. We’ll be back soon!

Went for a large lunch. Food and service were great. We were seated towards the back by the pato entrance. It was fun and I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the menu. A constant down draft from the ceiling fan made me a little bit chilly.

The food is always great, and service is excellent from his staff of friendly people. We have several favorite servers♥️ Julio has been our favorite for MANY years. The first photo was my 11-11-11 birthday and we knew him a number of years before that!

There will be many restaurants offering Mexican food. But among all of us who have gone to eat at Plaza Azteca in Newport New, VA. It is one of my best favorite restaurants. I am a tourist guide and this restaurant especially impresses me because of the quality of the food and its presentation. Not to mention the cleanliness, price, amount of food and above all the customer service is worth more than 5 ⭐. Without failing to mention the manager Mr. Julio for his attention, service and charisma. So when you are in the area, don't leave without first stopping by to eat a delicious dish from the menu at Plaza Ateca, Newport New VA. Mmmmm! ?

Plaza Azteca was a delightful dining experience! All the food was really good, offering a true taste of Mexican cuisine. While the environment was a bit gaudy, it added to the unique charm of the place. One of the highlights was the food delivery robot that sang lively Mexican music, which had us all bouncing in our seats. The energetic atmosphere and fantastic food make Plaza Azteca a must-visit. Highly recommended!

A group of us decided to go out after a movie. The food was too bad. The service was fine until the end. They took about 25 minutes to bring a check and a box for us even though the restaurant was too busy. But I'm glad we did get it. There was some live music as well. That was really nice. Overall, this restaurant is really nice to go just to go and have a bite to eat.

Blown away by the great service here. And the food was absolutely excellent, as well. Jessica greeted us and treated us like family at the first moment we walked in. Such a wide assortment of food choice was the hardest thing we experienced during our visit. We chose the enchiladas el jefe and the Philly cheesesteak burrito, and they were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We will definitely come back here!

Food is always hot and fresh. It comes out fairly quick and is beautifully plated. The servers are friendly and attentive. Maria was our waitress today. I love how the employees work together to get the food to the table. Chimichangas are my favorite dish here, with the quest blanco on top. I'm never disappointed when choosing Plaza Azteca.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here. The dining room us always clean and playing cheerful music.
