This food was horrible and tasted old I had turkey wings rice and cabbage tasted like straight up garbage. Rice was hard with gravy on it. Cabbage was old you should not be serving food like this to customers.

Food was under seasoned. Order was not made correctly.

Two words: Never Again. The collard greens were good but everything else was ??. Very disappointing considering they use to be so good.

This place has went down since at this new location. I ordered turkey wings rice gravy and collard greens. The rice was still hard almost not cooked at all and the greens were extremely salty. I was one of the last customers and can't believe they served this all day with no complaints

Spot definitely not the same order wings Mac in cabbage wings was over cooked really hard in the cabbage look like it’s been sittin in the pot js sitting till it got brown then you supposed to get a roll they gave me a damn hamburger bun like no way

Tries twice both times the food was TERRIBLE.. most recently ordered turkey wings and they were flavorless but also burnt like how smh the yams were very runny and reminded me of the can ones with a little sugar added. Mac and cheese needs more cheese and some.

The food is definitely delicious but the Pork Chops, collard greens, fried Catfish is very salty. Please correct this….Thank You ??

My fish was dry, I only got part of my order. Inconsistencies in the food.

If I could I would rate them NOOOO STARS!!!!! I ordered the turkey wings the menu said you get 3 wings and 2 sides for 11.99 my finance ordered the Crab cake dinner the menu price said 21.99 I believe when I got my turkey wings it was 3 wings but they were had to come from a MIDGET TURKEY smh also the Mac and cheese was not good some of the noodles was hard. The best part of my meal was the collard greens and the roll my total of for both orders came to 51 dollars and some change, so I questioned the cashier about that he said he apologize they didn't upgrade the menu prices that's not my fault but I paid it BUT I will tell you this I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! They didn't even have bottled waters to sell either

I don't know what has happened to them they used to be so good and especially when they were in Hampton. We always drive over an hr to come to get their food, but today the food was awful the party wings tasted spoiled, collard greens were cold and not seasoned, menu incorrect, yams never had so much nutmeg and cold, turkey wings were dried up with the gravy on them? Queens Way won't get my business, time or money anymore. Get it together or closed down and by the way clean the place!!

Food is amazing but they give you a small portion of sides and their prices are way to high for a plate of food. 14.99 for turkey wing dinner is just to high.

Dry meat, tasteless overall, and place was dirty and unkempt. Too bad because the customer service was excellent.

I should have asked for lettuce and tomato on the burger. I also should have asked to have the poato salad be separated from the hot food.

I must admit that I was a little shaky about trying this place after all the negative reviews but I’m happy I went to see for myself. The food was delicious. It’s was nice and hot and we got excellent customer service. I will definitely be back. I wish I had took a picture of my food before I started eating to show. I had the fried pork chops in gravy with rice and yams. Everything was delicious

The first time I ordered the girl the straight up told me she just didn’t put my order in completely and they did nothing to accommodate the missing food. Tonight I decided to give them another try since it’s been months. My pig feet literally taste like I’m swallowing salt water and that’s no exaggeration. Also very overcooked that I couldn’t eat it if I wanted to! Never again
