Ordered 2 chili dogs, fry and soda, sat at sign to order for 6 minutes with only one car ahead of us. At the windows to pay employees discussing shopping experience and took several minutes to take payment, then had us pull into a parking space to wait for food for 17 minutes. Two cards behind us also had to pull into a space to wait for food. Too slow for a fast food place, to bring out cold hot dogs....had forgotten this is why I stopped coming to this location.

We ordered through a delivery service, and our burgers were not only smashed, but when my husband was half way through his burger, he found a LONG HAIR IN IT!!!! Went to the store, one of the workers was about to make him a new one, and the manager said no, you have to go through the delivery service. Excuse me? How is getting a delivery refund going to help me? So now he has no burger and a queasy stomach. Why is this GrubHub's fault that someone put a hair in his food? That is just wrong. We filed a complaint with the company, so will see what happens.

No inside seating, but made me and my kids "picnic" special. The cashier told me about a special i didnt know about saving me atleast 5 dollars. Great experience. And as always the fries were yummy.

As a restaurant owner myself, I am appalled that they even let these chicken tenders leave the restaurant. I know that this is fast food, and there are hard days, but they sent these out knowing that these were not edible. Don't waste your money wanting to try their “fry seasoned chicken tenders” 11 dollars for flat, cooked too many times, burnt chicken tenders.
As far as places I go to and places I've been as of late, this is one place I have no complaints about, the people that you do interact with are friendly, don't keep you waiting beyond what is to be expected, and the food is actually better than 90 percent of places surrounding it, I give the employees and food five stars, the atmosphere is whatever it is in your car as it's a drive up/walk up establishment with no inside dining.

I was trying to order someone was having an issue picking up an order and instead of the staff trying to help they began threatening him and when attempted to de-escalate the situation they turned around and threatened me. My advice, don't go to this Rally's.
