If you are from another country or race, do not come to this place, they treat you very badly or they completely ignore you. My friend and I made a reservation at 7, they gave us the table at 7:15. And then they passed by many times and they didn't even look at us. Then I asked a waiter and he said that they were already serving us and they ignored us again. They attended to everyone who arrived quickly but not to us until we left and they seemed happy that we were leaving. the worst place the horrible waiters and the extreme racism

We are visiting from abroad and I brought my mom here for the first time, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make the experience memorable. Especially very big thanks to Kat and Cierra for their friendliness and hospitality :)

Arrived in town for a family member’s funeral. Sat at bar and was never acknowledged although at least three workers were milking about. I waited 15 minutes fir someone to take my order and during this time saw some of the terrible reviews. The lack of device let me know my food was not going to be much better. Avoid this place at all costs. Plus, it was DIRTY!!!

Short staffed only had two servers and it was empty with a 5-7 minute wait and wouldn't let us wait at the bar and have a drink. Menu is overpriced and we left before being seated.

My son and I went to the Newport News location and this place was not busy at all. We were told after a couple minutes of waiting that there was a ten minute wait. I don’t understand this wait. There was a couple ahead of us and were told the same thing. The parking lot was less than 25 % full. I’m sure the staff consumed most of that.So we waited more than ten minutes. The couple ahead of us left and we did the same. I called this Red Lobster and of course not surprised but there was no answer.This location completely failed my son and I.I will never return to this particular location and probably will never visit another Red Lobster again. My last visit has been more than 15 years so it really doesn’t matter.We just wanted to go somewhere different and it didn’t work out. I don’t recommend this place. Save your money !!

After we sat for 1 hour waiting our food, the manager finally comes to tell us they were out of the shrimp and grits, and wanted to know if we wanted to order something else. They ended up taking 20% off the bill, but I felt we should have gotten our food for free!

Katherine was our waitress and was amazing! She was hospitable and very caring. CJ is the manager and we asked to speak to her on Katherine’s behalf. She was amazing as well. Such a great experience!!!!

Tired of ordering food to pick up from here and the order is never right. Spent $150 plus and there were items missing again. Gave it another try and not going to again. I did not pick up my order, someone else did, so it's just frustrating to assume that getting a correct order is probable.

I grew up going to this Red Lobster, my mom would always take me as a teenager for lunch. Now I’m 33 and can with 100% confidence tell you my family will NEVER be returning. My mom warned me her food was bad when she went the previous time, but had to see it for my own eyes. So this was our final experience:1. Horrid smell throughout the entire restaurant.2. Wait time, the hostess did not take names and magically remembered us in order, surprisingly when parties that came after us complained they got seated before us.3. Wait time for food was so bad, but even worse they wanted me to choke on food apparently by giving us no drinks until after the food came.4. The waitress spilled my drink on my son, which was not her fault, however, avoiding our table as much as possible afterwards because she was embarrassed was. We had to flag the manager twice (for some water and then our replacement drink).5. Missing food items.6. The table to my left and right were both complaining so even us flagging the manager, we had to “wait our turn”.

Our family have a reservation today 4/13/2024 for our sister’s birthday celebration ❤️ All the staff are so accommodating and friendly, Ms. Kathryn and Autumn our server are both so sweet. Even the General Manager entertain us. Thank you all for making our sister’s birthday celebration so special and memorable ?We can recommend Red Lobster here at Jefferson to everyone ?God Bless to everyone ???
