I ordered a turkey burger. It was soooo juicy and good! I loved it. Will order again. My order was curbside pick up. By the time I got there my food was ready to come out. The man that took my order was pleasant and so was the lady that came out to give me my food. Thanks ?

This was really an awful experience with my family. Food was cold, nasty and very undercooked. They brought me out a rare burger and raw egg twice. Our server literally sat across from us the ENTIRE time talking with what seemed like a friend? eating, laughing and ignoring us. We had to ask the manger multiple times (who willingly came to our table due to no service from the server) to refill our drinks, fix our food and bring us more of our bottomless fries, which we only were able to get one more order of them after waiting so long for someone to check on us. This experience was really bad and wish I would’ve gotten the waitresses name. 0/10 do not recommend.

A disappointing experience overall. A burger, fries, and iced tea for $24 with a 20% tip. That is not a good deal. Plus, there was nothing special about the burger, it was not exceptionally juicy not flavored. The bun was plain. (They forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger.). The fries were also plain, no flavor. The atmosphere was pleasing the waitress was attentive. The food was served quickly. This was not the tasty experience of Red Robin I remember from years past. Indeed, the restaurant was nearly empty.In summary, there are many restaurants where one can get the run of the mill cheeseburger. This one wasn't worth the money or the time spent for a sit-down restaurant.

Food was decent but looking over my receipt after paying I noticed an entertainment fee… entertainment fee for what? Apparently if you so touch the tablet thing on the table you’re automatically paying $2.99. I was refunded this but after leaving I also noticed a charge for a soda. Only person who had a soda was my daughter who had a kids meal… why was I charged for a soda when a drink comes with the meal?! It wasn’t anything special she had a cherry coke. Watch that bogus entertainment fee & make sure to look over your receipt.

Now I remember why I don’t like restaurant chains. Ancient grains burger was gross. Fries were good but the serving was tiny, bottomless so asked for more but took forever to get another tiny serving.
