This place was seems awesome with dj the drinks until I pointed out a piece of hair in my mac & cheese to the bartender. I didn't receive a discount or an apology just a "oh" for that reason only I give this place a 2½ rating
Horrible establishment . Customer service is non existing. Waited over 1 hour to Place my order ; still sitting as I write this review and no service . I will never come here again. Highly recommend new management

By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Atmosphere was nice but the service was horrible. Some of the people I was with waiting for wings for over two hours, only to be told they were out. Then they waited for their replacement (tenders) for about an hour. The manager was super nasty and rude when we would ask about their food. The staff couldn’t get our money right. We had a party of 5 and didn’t order much. They blamed our orders being messed up on a nearby VIP party that came way after us.
