Looks nice I didn’t get a chance to eat I sat and waiting 15 mins to get waited on and nobody even acknowledged me. Very poor customer service 2 employees walked past me in the time I was waiting. No it wasn’t a Sunday and/or during busy service either there was a total a 8 customers in the establishment

This place had the worst service that my family and I have experienced in the Hampton Roads area. We seat ourselves and wait ~10 minutes before being acknowledged at all. Our server gruffly asked us what to drink. We hadn't been given a menu yet, but when our daughter asked what they had, our server groaned and left abruptly. More waiting and then she comes back to take food orders and kids drink orders again. We give our order and don't hear back from our waitress for 20 minutes. She seemed more happy to take care of her regulars. We saw people who ordered milkshakes after us get their drink before our daughter got her orange juice. The food was good, but she forgot to put our son's food order in. Our server only asked us if we needed refills once. The portions were also small, but that is a personal preference. (Overall it took 3× to get drinks 2× to get the food order and an hour for food to come out) she did say they were short staffed so we would have forgiven the time and even some forgetfulness if she hadn't seemed irritated to even have to deal with us.

we've been going here for years, and have always had wonderful food and service, today we stopped by for breakfast, and it was awesome!!! will definitely be coming back!! They also had my favorite cake, Hummingbird!!! and the service was excellent,

I really enjoy this place when I go. The food is great and the service is always amazing. $6.99 for a piece of cake is a little high but it is so good I will buy it anyway lol. Please update your prices they are different than the menu but keep up the great work even in these trying times.

I had the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were so moist, tender and tasty! I also had carrot cake which was like a taste of heaven in my mouth. It was definitely moist and very delicious! I can't wait to try more of their desserts!!! You must visit this little restaurant ASAP!!! I Highly recommend it!!!

I absolutely fell in love with this place yesterday. My daughter and I stopped by for lunch. Our waitress, I think her name was Jessica, was such a delight and very helpful. We had the chicken tenders and fries and I had carrot cake for dessert. My tenders were better than my own that thought were the best! My carrot cake was divine! I can't wait to try the other foods very soon! I Highly recommend this place for lunch.

This place was good 2-3 years ago. Once COVID hit and Rick stopped employing a cook and started cooking himself the food is trash. Spend your money elsewhere.
Just happened on this place for breakfast.. great little secret.. I would recommend you try this place.. waitress was super friendly..
