This review is for the Ricks in the plaza by Chanelos Pizza on Jefferson Ave.
Tried to call in an order. Was hung up on the first time before even saying hello. Called again. She asked me to hold, I did. She then proceeded to take an order for someone dining in, that was fine. After that she proceeded to yell at a co-worker and have a conversation, I waited 5 minutes on hold listing to everything... she was loud enough I could hear. She then clocks out of her shift and says goodbye. I hear the door shut behind her... she never told the other employee I was on the phone. I hung up. I called back and it rang to voicemail. I will not be ordering here for the foreseeable future til your staff is trained on how to handle a call in order... very disappointed.

Ordered 2 cheesesteak with lettuce tomato and onions, got one loaded with hot peppers, don't like hot peppers, I live in Hampton too far to drive back will never buy there again, over priced for $16 each

Large pizza steak is 16 dollars. With a small cheese fries and a drink it's 28 bucks. Um sorry unless im in Philly at angelos or delassandros im not paying that for a VA steak! Better options elsewhere.

Every time I come to this location they never have any toppings. They always out of onions, peppers or something that makes a sandwich great. This has happened multiple times. The guy told a customer it was because of the TikTok review recently but I had experienced the well before any reviews. I had already paid and was waiting for my food and then he tells me they are out. Do not know if I will ever go back

Sign over the door says opened door's locked guy behind the counter waved and mouthed were closed. Guessing they're done. Too bad They had good food. Locations not that great though.

First time eating at this place, and 100% will be the last. While waiting on our food to be prepared we were visited by a cockroach looking to dine in as well. I think he had been there before because he was quite comfortable. After my friend flicked it off the counter, I stepped on it. After that, my friend and I were discussing the overwhelming order of weed, when another cockroach came cruising across the floor. That one was too fast for me though. So if we saw TWO in the 10 minutes we were there, I'm sure there are several more. Also the food was okay at best.

I had a craving for a cheesesteak and came upon this place. Was very nice and quiet. The food was really good so i ask who cooked it. The cooks name is Jax. Never had a better sub than that. I recommend this place for a awesome cheessesteak and great service!!!!

I've heard so many things about ricks . So , I had to try them for myself. Well , this location or Rick's on Jefferson Ave . Close to Ft. Eustis . Was a disappointment. I witness open mouth coughing from a staff member and upon my entering the place a couple of crawling on the floor. A big disappointment for me . I did an about face out the door . Enter at your risk !

Been coming here for a while, so thos is very odd....Today order was horrible....both chicken steak orders were incorrectly. No onions or mushrooms on either steak. Order was missing fries all together....had to wait for that correction and a get home to this. Not the standard Ricks normally has
