I had a craving for a cheesesteak and came upon this place. Was very nice and quiet. The food was really good so i ask who cooked it. The cooks name is Jax. Never had a better sub than that. I recommend this place for a awesome cheessesteak and great service!!!!

I've heard so many things about ricks . So , I had to try them for myself. Well , this location or Rick's on Jefferson Ave . Close to Ft. Eustis . Was a disappointment. I witness open mouth coughing from a staff member and upon my entering the place a couple of crawling on the floor. A big disappointment for me . I did an about face out the door . Enter at your risk !

Been coming here for a while, so thos is very odd....Today order was horrible....both chicken steak orders were incorrectly. No onions or mushrooms on either steak. Order was missing fries all together....had to wait for that correction and a get home to this. Not the standard Ricks normally has

This place has unfortunately fell off over the past year. Sandwich was cold after receiving it from the cashier, as if the meat was just reheated. Barely had any meat on the sandwich, all bread. Definitely was the last time ordering from here, the Williamsburg location is so much better.

Ordered jalapeño bacon cheddar fries, cheese fries and a cheeseburger and fries!!! I got all fries!!! Yes I wanted to wait an hour and tip and spend $35 on three treys of fries. Go to hell. This isn’t on door dash this on the restaurant and the crew. I’m serve safe qualified with Managment experience if you need help holler cuz this ain’t it. The burger didn’t have shit on it. All the wrong fries were cold. And no drinks were delivered.

I was picking up dinner and the lady there was so pleasant and helpful. She made suggestions and even brought my order to my car. It was a warm day and my puppy loves rides so she had came with me. My order was ready in just a few minutes. The subs were delicious. I'll be back.

This is an unfortunately underrated gem! Absolutely wonderful cheesesteaks! Generous portions for the price and always hot and fresh! Bread also doesn't get soggy on my 15 minute drive home! 10/10 experience. Give em a try!

First things first I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and I got a very soggy BEEF cheesesteak My french fries were re-wrapped in the grease and dropped directly on the hot styrofoam 😭My mozzarella sticks did not come with any ranch or marinara sauce. When I walked in, no one spoke however they have this obnoxious sign that says “we are waitresses not cashiers “ I’m trying to understand how you can REQUEST a tip via a sign and the atmosphere be the way that it is. I attempted to call the establishment three different times and nobody answered the phone. I spent damn near $35 on this food for it to be incorrect, undercooked and overcooked.

Moved here a few weeks ago with my wife and kids at fort eustis. My wife called in to place an order, she said someone answered the phone rudely. My wife asked if fries come with the meal she ordered. Instead of the lady saying “Yes”, she said “ Your ordering a burger right “, I decided to go pick the food up myself with the kids seeing that my wife is upset about the situation. I went into the place and picked up my orders. I checked the bag to make sure everything is in place. Meaning nothing was missing. The lady told me to not do it at the counter, she said next time check it in your car. Wow! Won’t be coming back here nomore. I just spent $50 at your restaurant and can’t check my food before I leave.
UPDATE when i got home Food was great but my sub was missing onions
