Worst restaurant experience, I have had bar none. I am, by nature, a patient and laid-back man who extends a wealth of understanding in most situations. This was simply unacceptable. We went there during lunch hour, they told my wife and I that it would take 20-30 mins to get food. We ordered two sandwiches. We wanted to shop a bit, so we ordered, and got a table. We browsed the shop for about 20 minutes since they gave us a card to put on our table to indicate our ticket number and alert them that we were shopping. We got back to the table and waited another 20 mins. I went to alert them and informed the order taker that we had waited for 40 minutes. He confirmed that they had our ticket number, and they were working on it. About 15 minutes later the gentlemen who had ordered just a head of us and had overheard my wife comment that they had finished their meal before we had been served went to the counter to alert them that we had not yet received our food. Another 20 to 30 minutes later, when the place was so quiet the manager/order taker was out cleaning tables, we had still not served. I requested a full refund and was granted it. She initially tried to tell me they must have lost the ticket, and I explained that they confirmed they had it once with me and once with another customer 20 and 40 minutes ago. We waited 180 minutes for food they had not even started to prepare despite being prompted twice. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced. It's hard not to wonder if this was intentional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went there this past weekend for a mother-daughter‘s Day. I love the atmosphere. We sat outside. It was so beautiful. The food was AMAZING and they give you huge portions. Customer service is amazing one lady in particular (Tyler was her name I believe) Who wasn’t even our server assisted us with anything that we needed. The kitchen had messed up on one of the burgers, and she handled it with such grace. She offered us a free ice cream to compensate for their mistake. Her customer service skills was top-tier‼️ She was very kind patient and understanding. She made the visit there a great experience‼️ So would I recommend Sage kitchen? 100% 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. This is also a great event space ☺️

ASK IF THE CHEF IS ON VACATION!
I had not been here in a long time and loved some of the old offerings which are no longer on the menu. My wife and sister-in-law recently loved their quesadillas but when my wife and I went there for lunch today nothing came out right. Won’t bore you with the details—just wanted to say ask before you order if the regular chef or cook is working. After two failed attempts to get it right, the very nice server gentleman told us the chef was on vacation. ASK!

Order at the counter, and seat yourself. The food is delicious and made fresh with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the Shrooma wrap and the Reuben! Also, when in season, try the gobbler....it is the full Thanksgiving meal on one sandwich.

Food is always outstanding here. I marked them down on service only because the way they're set up, you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. And then you bus your own table afterwards. So the service is not bad, it's just limited. And the atmosphere is fine, kinda cute, wish they had more local artwork, like paintings for sale.
One slow lazy cook that works part time could not keep up with half empty tables and 5 people with take out orders. Here is a tip from my third account . Get more cooks

This place was amazing. Had no idea what all to expect. Jaw-dropping surprises around every corner. There’s a store with Christmas decor and other Knick Knacks, huge greenhouse, GORGEOUS coffee shop, and yummy restaurant. Go!!
