Holy COW this place is amazing. I ordered a German chocolate slice through Grubhub delivery several days ago… I didn’t finish it the first day. I have been eating some every day and IT TASTES as fresh as it did the first day. Like WOW the quality of the cake is amazing. Love this place!!!! Will always recommend. I’ve also had their banana pudding and it’s so freaking good. Also recommend their strawberry crunch cake and confetti cake.
I heard the commercial on the radio this morning and decided to go to Newport News to treat myself after my dental appt. The staff were so polite and helpful. After tasting the butterfinger pound cake sample, I was definitely in the right place. I purchased 4 cupcakes - butterfinger, snickers, banana pudding, and strawberry cheesecake crunch. There weren't any strawberry in the display case, so the baker made one for me while I waited. OH MY GOODNESS!! Everything was so delicious....
Recently requested a cake for my son’s birthday who loves sonic. I showed scratch bakery a photo reference and the result was even better than expected. The cake looked amazing and tasted great as well. Friendly staff as well was the icing on the cake.
