My experience here was phenomenal. The food was also phenomenal and can’t be beat. Marie was the best server. I am more than likely going to come back to this establishment soon.

Went around lunchtime, the place was pretty dead. However, that didn't stop them from being on their game. Food was amazing, the staff were all very pleasant. Just have to remember the military gets a discount everyday.

When I arrived to pick up my order the text said to choose the I am here button I did but no one responded so I went in My order was ready but when I got half way home I discovered that my order was wrong When I went back there was another guest that their order was wrong
The host did apologize and he was nice but it is hard to understand when there was only 1 table in the dining room and only two other picking up orders and two of those were wrong

We left Longhorn Steakhouse after being ignored for 15 minutes and seeing other people come in and be served water right away. We went 100 ft to Smokey Bones, were greeted, seated and served immediately. Crystal was AMAZING, attentive, professional, able to to recommend food and drinks. The food was outstanding, the drinks were excellent. We had the Bonefire for 2/3 and cornbread, we're nearly able to finish all the food. Highly recommend bypassing Longhorn and hightail it to Smokey Bones. Ask for Crystal

Danny was really great and kind. She did what she could she could she could do and made sure our order was up to pur. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Called in a order to go. Got there at 1130am, the specified time for pickup. Not ready, bartender checked and said the fryers were not turned on so it would be a few minutes. A few turned in 25 minutes. Finally got the food and went home. I had 3 gift cards but the website would only let me use 1, so 37.00 dollars out of pocket. 2 burgers and 6 pretzel bones. Burgers were dry, and overcooked . The pretzel bones looked leftover from the day before, and burnt and rubbery. I gave feedback and the District Mgr called and said the fryer had to be repaired. Not sure who was telling the truth. Claimed she would refund my card the 37.00 dollars. Well, that didn't happen either. The food was so bad I sold my other 2 gift cards to a service, as I don't know anyone I dislike enough to give them the cards and subject them to such awful food and service. Newport News Va#### New addition!!! So Smokey Bones sent me a typical can response telling me how much they care and to contact them,,,, again!! I sent in another request and not heard back from them after they promised to refund my money. I guess it's on to corporate office, but they probably do not care either. It was so easy for them to fix this, and they said they would!! Now they are ghosting me !!

Brisket was pretty rough and the floors were pretty sticky walking in. Service was good though.
