Legitimately don't think I've ever had a more genuinely friendly person take my order before. The person working the drive thru is incredibly sweet. The smash burger is delicious (too much cheese for me, but I know I'm the weirdo there)
This location sucks!!! I placed an order to pick up at 2:55. I checked in on time and waited till 3:15!!!! All I got was a large diet Dr Pepper and I added an extra $1 for a lime. When I got home I later found they never gave me lime! Normally it’s fast service elsewhere for a SODA. They weren’t even busy! I’ll never be back here

Ordered at 355pm on 10/16/2024 via mobile. Went to speaker in drive thru at 357pm, was asked to pull around. As soon as I got to window was asked to pull to line at 358. Multiple cars behind started adding up along with a couple at stalls. 412pm guy comes out to ask what I was waiting for. The whole time between the 4 employees were just having fun and talking to each other causing everyone to have to wait. Got my burger at 422pm while a guy was complaining about waiting 10 minutes just for a cup of ice.

Every time I come to this location the ice cream machine is down. The staff is always rushing the guest. There’s reason why every visit the ice cream and slushy machine is down. Today was the last straw I wanted a heath blast and again the machine is down. That’s 3 times in 2 weeks. I honestly don’t think it was down I think the workers are just being lazy. Sonic is famous for the ice cream blast there’s no way it’s always down. I wasn’t gonna write a review but when I ask for the blast today and they said the machine is down on the speaker I see the employees in the window laughing. I will never go to this store again. Where’s the customer service????
