Legitimately don't think I've ever had a more genuinely friendly person take my order before. The person working the drive thru is incredibly sweet. The smash burger is delicious (too much cheese for me, but I know I'm the weirdo there)

This location sucks!!! I placed an order to pick up at 2:55. I checked in on time and waited till 3:15!!!! All I got was a large diet Dr Pepper and I added an extra $1 for a lime. When I got home I later found they never gave me lime! Normally it’s fast service elsewhere for a SODA. They weren’t even busy! I’ll never be back here

Ordered at 355pm on 10/16/2024 via mobile. Went to speaker in drive thru at 357pm, was asked to pull around. As soon as I got to window was asked to pull to line at 358. Multiple cars behind started adding up along with a couple at stalls. 412pm guy comes out to ask what I was waiting for. The whole time between the 4 employees were just having fun and talking to each other causing everyone to have to wait. Got my burger at 422pm while a guy was complaining about waiting 10 minutes just for a cup of ice.

Every time I come to this location the ice cream machine is down. The staff is always rushing the guest. There’s reason why every visit the ice cream and slushy machine is down. Today was the last straw I wanted a heath blast and again the machine is down. That’s 3 times in 2 weeks. I honestly don’t think it was down I think the workers are just being lazy. Sonic is famous for the ice cream blast there’s no way it’s always down. I wasn’t gonna write a review but when I ask for the blast today and they said the machine is down on the speaker I see the employees in the window laughing. I will never go to this store again. Where’s the customer service????

I have eaten the new chicken wraps for another sonic and it was ok. I ordered the same wrap from this sonic and it was fantastic. It was fresh and hot. I will be eating at this sonic now. Thanks to the cook who prepared for me.
The food here is always good, I love coming here when I can. They are very nice here & the service here is good & click depending on the amount of customers they have at the time.
Don't go if you only have an hour lunch break. They will forget about you and then say it's because "we had a little rush" but when I got my food the fries and cheeseburger was cold. I had to go get my food from the drive through.

I went to the sonic to get a sonic blast I ordered a medium Which is the biggest Size. I mixed the cookie dough with the Oreo and when I got the blast, there was about an inch of no ice cream and I got no whip cream and no cherry. I also didn’t receive the mint standard with all sonics and has been for all time. When I asked for more ice cream, the lady at the window went to go get her manager, and her manager said that she would have to charge me at that time. I said you already did if I would’ve known I would’ve gotten the small. She looked at me and said that I would have to charge you and just stared at me and blinked. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I’m going to call and I’m going to Let the paper and the news now because I think if we’re going to spend our money that we work for we shouldn’t have to deal with rip offs. Honestly, I hope she loses her job because I don’t want this to keep happening because if it only happened once I’m sure it’s going to happen again and again and again. Sonic’s Reputation has gone down the drain and with workers like so it will continue. I wouldn’t be surprised if I drive by and I noticed they’re not open anymore. However, the other chains of the franchise may hold the Phonic by the 7-Eleven near Kelly’s afloat. DO NOT GO THERE. Ever.

We arrived at the store and went through the drive through. We need a little bit to decide on what we wanted so we informed the worker of that. While we were deciding she kept rushing us to order. After we ordered we were completely dissatisfied with our food and drinks. The popcorn chicken was ice cold and the chilli cheese tots were missing condiments we asked for. Not only that but the tots weren’t even filled up in their container. Our ocean waters tasted like chemicals. Absolutely disappointed.
