My husband and I went through the drive through and had the absolute DELIGHT to have Emily as our cashier. She was energetic, kind, and fun. I would recommend going there just for her, but with how positive she is I imagine a lot of the team is as well. It was wonderful to be able to see the face of the person I was ordering from, as well, and I appreciate the connection she built with us.
THANK YOU Emily, for your wonderful service (11/12, around 2pm)

I’ve noticed more recently this location is more of a gamble in recipe consistency. Used to love the vault and all of that, but have also arrived at work, only to realize that the iced latte that I ordered was not much more than muddled bean water.

Very nice people working and clean. But, there is no food displayed and the menu board has only a handful of items shown. Wierd. You will have to know what you want or ask.

The sweetest staff. We go in for potty breaks between school pickups and get a treat while we wait. The staff is always friendly. Today they went the extra mile and an employee had the sweetest convo with my 5 year old son and helped him pick out his cake pop. They were so kind! Definitely my favorite Starbucks location!

The coffee was great and the service was nice. But the bathroom was very surprisingly gross for a "starbucks". Floor was disgusting, around the toilet was stuff that needed to be mopped and the toilet itself needed a wipe down, just the floor in general was really gross and the sink too, stuff was stuck on the insides and it just look really bad. Like the building is an old bank which is cool, but old doesn't mean you can't clean it up.

Sandwiches are given cold half the times despite being "warmed." I need to learn to check before pulling out of the driveway, I just bit into a cold egg. ?

The only thing that I do not like about this Starbucks is that they prompt you to leave a tip. It's very uncomfortable. Starbucks employees make decent money and them asking for a tip to just do the job they were hired to do is not professional. Tips should be given by the customer because they feel it is necessary due to the employee doing more than what the job description and/or because the customer just wants to. An employee should not make a customer feel obligated to tip.

Hit or miss that this place gives you the right drink you ordered. If it’s busy I can understand that, but it wasn’t in this case.

I order my drink via drive through and the first thing I notice is that my order wasn’t being shown on the screen in front of me. That’s normally what I use to make sure the person took my order correctly. The second thing I noticed was how much of an inconvenience I sounded to the lady taking my order. It sounded like she was texting and driving and had to take orders at the same time. The third thing was I had to repeat my order twice, but before every time I had to, it was complimented with a “whut” from the lady taking my order.

I get my order consistently, so I know about how much it costs. It seems like I was overcharged for my order, even accounting for tax, as it was almost 10 dollars for a grande cup of coffee. I pay and also notice how I wasn’t asked or given a receipt for my order. My drink comes out and it’s what I assume the cold version of my order, which I didn’t ask for and would have been confirmed had I saw it on the screen in the beginning. The lady takes it back and goes back to make the hot version. I get the hot version back and it’s the most low quality watered down coffee I’ve ever drank, not to mention it doesn’t even taste like what I asked for.

I’m not a heavy reviewer and normally don’t review if I had one bad outing (everyone has a bad day), but this is somewhat consistent. The fact that I felt like stopping on the side of the road as soon as I took one sip to write this should tell you all you need to know.

Do not know what they are making. Manager doesn’t know, and employee is even worse, withh terrible attitude..

The drive-thru is terrible. Confusing to locate and narrow.

Product quality is excellent. Problems with getting orders correct at drive through. Team corrects product quickly and professionally.
