This is my favorite coffee place. We have several different ones around us, but this one has the nicest, happiest staff I've seen. Always friendly, and now that I've been here for a while, they even recognize me and ask if I have my grandkids with me. A yes means I need cake pops...

I don't know what was going on Saturday July 26th at 10am but it was not good. I ordered ahead, just a large coffee with cream. When I arrived the drive thru was seriously backed up. Inside there were a dozen people standing, waiting when I walked in. I didnt see any staff until one walked away from the drive thru window. Another employees walks in the door. Now there are four baristas but one is filling ice and the arrival is putting on their apron. I've been standing in here for more than 10min. The whole room is akward. I usually get good service here but thats usually early in the morning before the rush.

Great place to stop by Starbucks as a whole has changed so much from when they opened their first store in Virginia. Seems like the quality of their coffee has tumbled. But always a clean store with friendly workers. But I find it offensive that their drive thrus now ask if you want to leave a tip. Seriously!! Drive-thru is not table service!

I usually enjoy Starbucks, their costumer service and their friendliness, but my experience as this location was much different.The staff seemed restless and irritated. They made my experience very awkward and uncomfortable. Their behavior towards me was very unpleasant. They were irritated with the fact that I did not wait long enough before entering the drive thru after placing an online order. I understand how this could be frustrating if the line was long and the inside was packed, but we were the only costumers at the time. They felt the need to let us know we were supposed to wait 5-7 minutes not once, but three times in a very snarky manner. This made the process very uncomfortable as their tension was high. I understand that you never know what anyone could be going through and I truly hope maybe today just wasn’t their day, but it didn’t feel necessary. As a paying customer, I did not enjoy feeling uncomfortable while receiving the items I paid for with multiple eye rolls and sarcastic laughs. I hope they take customer service more seriously in the future.

Giving 4 stars because the people and service here are usually good, but whoever was in drive thru yesterday was awful. She kept yelling at me because she couldn’t hear me, it took her forever to give us our order, the line was wrapped around the store, and she looked visibly upset and throwing her hands up and raising her voice at the employees there. I come here often and never experienced anything like this, not even from new trainees. Beyond rude.
Still visit this Starbucks because other that 6/24 around 10-13, the people are wonderful.

The music was so loud wew couldn't hear ourselves. I asked that it be turned down and after being told they would they still didnt. I would love to go back to when starbucks was s community place.

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered white chocolate iced coffee. The coffee tasted so bitter and nasty that I couldn't drink it. There was no white chocolate mocha taste in the coffee whatsoever which is the main reason why I got it. Its sad to say Macdonalds has better iced coffee than Starbucks. Starbucks just sucks.

I mobile ordered a small frappe yesterday and the drive thru took a good while to get through to the point that when I got up to the window my drink was melted and they almost charged me even tho I already prepaid in the app. I prob could have complained but wanted to leave and get on with my day.

I also got diarrhea late that night so my instincts are telling me the drink was prob expired or at least one of the ingredients came back to haunt me. Lesson learned not gonna try this location out anytime soon…

They were unfortunately out of the syrup I wanted, but the barista (I believe his name was Brandon) made some good recommendations. He was very friendly and let me try it first. He was super courteous and friendly!

Good customer service is hard to come by these days but when it's there it should be celebrated. The lady at the drive-thru... I think her name was Jen... She was incredibly friendly and put a smile on my face. Even though my latte and breakfast sandwich were already perfect, having a positive experience with her goes a lot further. Thank you!

Yesterday me and my daughter got drinks from there around 5pm. I got brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Around 8pm my stomache hurts and felt nauseas. Last night I was throwing up and having a diarrhea. (Sorry if it's too detailed) first I thought it can't be from drinks. Then I thought it was the only unusual thing I drank that night. I don't want anything from you Starbucks. But please check your items make sure it wasn't expired. Maybe I should stop drinking coffee at 5pm.

Barista would not shut up while i was waiting in the drive thru line , she was talking to this person infront of me for like ten minutes, it was really weird .
