Drive through takes forever, they never have oatmeal and when they finally do they give me a milk bowl.. how am I supposed to eat this.. smh do better!!

The staff were pretty rude, I was ignored completely for 5 minutes and when I finally got someone's attention and asked if I could order they treated me like I was being rude. Then I ordered a venti and got a small, which kinda sucked cause I'd gotten extra espresso so I had to take my time sipping it. I don't overspend on coffees often and consider it a treat, so it's a shame these ppl mind their job so much and hopefully they didn't dampen too many other people's experience that day.

This Starbucks is about as consistent as Dunkin Donuts…. The amount of times I have had my coffee made wrong is unreal. Specially the hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. This store loves to put cinnamon dulce syrup in this drink. Every time I have specified no cinnamon they act like I am crazy for asking to make the coffee right. If I am paying for this drink I want it made right.

Mobile ordered two drinks and two bagels that were expected to be ready around 1:27. After seeing that my order was marked as ready I went to the pickup area and didn’t see my order. I asked the manager who was working and he handed me a singular drink, so I asked how much longer on my other items, and he said “we’ll get to it when we get to it.” Seeing as my order was marked as completed I was confused as to why one drink was made but everything else wasn’t. My overall order wasn’t actually ready until 1:58. They prioritized the drive thru orders which cause my mom and I, and other customers, to wait 30+ minutes for our orders.

I had stopped by here last weekend and got a simple coffee. It tasted fresh and great. I just got the same cup of coffee today and it had no flavor like it was watered down. It literally tasted like water. I think I’ll start going to the coffee place one door down from them 7 brews.

Barista needs more experience my caramel ribbon crunch had no flavor at all except for the whip cream and the add ins(crunch). I’ve never had a mess up on my drink it had no flavor at all when I say at all AT ALL. Other than that my food was at least good I got a breakfast sandwich. I ended up throwing my drinks away and ordering a caramel frappe from McDonald’s.
