I went in the building to place an order for a chia latte made with oat milk warmed up a pump of pumpkin spice brown sugar and once I entered no one acknowledged me or said good morning not only that I was on my way to work got there at 8:10 AM and didn’t get my order until 8:25 because they were Racist and they got everybody else order that was white that came in after me and orders online before they completed my order. I will never go to that one ever again.All the employees were white not one black person in the building but me I should’ve known then to Leave they are prejudice and that’s the vibes they give me and the service was horrible. No interaction between myself or the customer service representatives. If you are of COLOR NEVER GO TO THE ONE BY CHRISTOPHER NEWPORT COLLEGE In PERSON order online or go to another one.RACISM IS RIGHT AT THE FRONT DOOR NOW AND IT IS ASHAME.

Dang....Frank hung up on me. Can't believe I've paid almost $7 for lattes and too many have not been a full venti. Today not a full venti and my coffee was lukewarm. :( What's one to do?

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and toasted. I was in a rush to get to school because I had a 4 hour bus ride for a game. Realized an hour later when I was going to eat it that they didn’t put the cream cheese in the bag. I get that it was early but after paying an extra $1.25 for a tiny thing of cream cheese you would somewhat expect for it to be in there when no only else was in line at 6:30am on a Saturday.

I ordered a carmel macchiato with almond milk. As I drove away, after being served courteously and promptly, I took a drink and realized it tasted burned and watered down. I tried to swirl around the coffee - maybe something fell to the bottom, maybe the caramel was in there *somewhere* but it was not to be. So when I took it back, it was explained to me that the caramel tends to fall to the bottom. I mentioned it tasted burned and watery and yes, apparently that was how it was supposed to taste. Like burned sadness water. How could I not like it? The atmosphere seem reluctant to give me another coffee but, lo and behold, I was granted one. As I walked out to the car, it was the same. Watery. Burned. No flavor. I just didn't have the heart to go back inside a third time. *cue sad trombone noises*

the drinks and the snacks are great. But the only reason why I’m not coming back as frequent as I would like is the customer service is awful. I’m not one to post bad reviews, I work in the service industry too, but gosh are these employees awful. Every time I come in, it’s a bad experience after the other. In the drive through the other day, my boyfriend and I placed our orders and needed to pay with Apple Pay, the girl at the window ignored us after she saw him hit the no tip button, not one thing said to us after. I come in the other day, the employees don’t welcome me in but instead shoot me glares, like they’re straight out of a mean girls movie. Today, I come in for my regular drink (mobile ordering) get my drink after 5 minutes but wait another 10 for my pastry, and I go up to the counter because I was running late to work at that point and the three girls ignored me after making direct eye contact with me!! The girl who is always working there with like her hair always wrapped up, she’s the only kind person there. Like at the very least, treat your staff to fake it till they make it; not everyone likes customer service, but it’s the job you signed up for, so at least act like you’re willing to work and be nice to the customers. Sometimes I go in for a drink because I’m simply having a bad day, missing family due to distance or something, and the staff here are always rude, they don’t care to even think about the customers, just themselves. It’s just not worth the money anymore. It’s so upsetting too because this location is close to everything, but again, not worth it. Talk to your staff.

Please stop asking for tips at the drive thru...unless I am seated at a table, order my food and have someone bring it to the table..I am not tipping...pay your employees...that person in the window doesn't even make the coffee, they just hand it to me through the window..it literally takes a minute...why am I tipping them...
