Thirty minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a latte. Severely understaffed. Terrible environment for customers and employees.

Mess your drinks up constantly and refuse to make them right.
I usually buy my drinks as mobile orders. This place is inconsistent in their service. I've previously commented to Starbucks Customer Service but it has done no good. Today I went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. The barista handed me my order and closed the window before I could tell her there was an issue. I tried honking my horn and although right inside the window at no time was the window opened so I could tell them there was an issue. I left without getting anyone to come to the window. There are plenty of Starbucks in the area so I don't need to visit this one. I will also be letting others no about the inconsistency here so they don't have to worry about their drinks no being correct.

Where do I begin. I would just like to say I have encountered some amazing employees and some not son amazing employees. Today I watched a man disrespect and Young Black employee by tossing something at here while she was at the drive thru. I don’t know if he was an barista or a supervisor however it was disgusting, deplorable, despicable it is not friendly. This is not my first time matching his interaction with staff as I visit her quite regularly. However what I seen Frank do to the young lady had need me sick to my stomach.
I did not know that Starbucks employed individuals who lack respect, integrity, and common courtesy and decency towards another human being.
Due to his atrocious treatment towards a fellow staff member I have decided to no long be a consumer of this Starbucks. If he can treat a coworker so disrespectful deplorable disgustingly how could he treat me?

The service was amazing. The young woman at the store made experience amazing; however there was a guy name Frank whose energy was so draining. One of my issues is the way he addressed one of the young baristas. The young lady whose name tag said Kenn who looked to be new to the establishment was taking out the trash and as soon as she walked backed into the establishment unsettling tone to me, he condescendingly told her to brew coffee where the staff and patron could hear him talking to her. From what I can see he was picking on her. Everytime she went to do different task he began to somewhat try to discipline as if he was her parent. His consistent micromanaging If everything move she made, did bit she t well with me. I watched as he did not uttering a word to the other young women in the establishment. From my observations he made the young lady feel very uncomfortable. Due to his lack of professionalism and his constant micromanaging of the young lady who looks to be a teenage who just started has altered my feeling in returning to this established. I thought Starbucks was a friendly establishment; however the way he treated that young lady doesn’t look very friendly to me. This store will now lose me as a Patron.

The supervisor at the job, I believe his name was Frank was very rude! He yelled at me and was picking on one of his baristas.. He has no respect and does not need to be in charge of anyone! He’s the reason I will not be returning to this starbucks! Absolutely unprofessional

I went though the other day and Nate took my order, and was approachable, kind, knowledgeable, and quick with my order! Will be coming back!

The girl working the drive thru speaker at 9am on 3/12 was completely unprofessional, rude, and thanks to her I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks. I will make sure none of my friends do either. Next time, you should be more kind to the people of the world.

Ordered way in advance before arriving at the location.Order was not ready and it was 20 minutes after I ordered online. This is getting worse and worse and worse. It's not just me in that feeling because I can tell other people feel the same way when they're standing there wondering where their order is as well. I could see if this was a one time fumble but the last three timed it's been this way.People, drive thru has priority here.So if you are not in a rush, this is a perfect spot for you.

Today @ 11:48amWaited over 5 minutes in the drive through after ordering only to see barista joking and chatting while others were hustling. Had to wait for her to end her giggling and chatter for her to take my payment, didn't even say hello. Having a good time at work is ok but not when the drive through line its backed up and customer service suffering.
