Steak & Tonic provides a unique dining experience with good flavor in a great environment for a steakhouse visit. The prime rib dinner and truffle Mac and cheese are delicious, while the Alligator Bites are highlighted as the best ever. The Pomegranate Martini is also highly praised. The restaurant has potential for improvement in service efficiency and portion sizes, but the staff's customer service and product knowledge are great.
