Service was not good they were out of most items we wanted. Frog legs were fried but still completely cold on the inside. Husband got very sick from eating part of it. Called spoke with manager he said he would call me back and never heard back. Been 2 weeks. Also a manager didn't bother coming to the table when we sent them back and server clearly felt how cold the frog legs were inside. Spent over $500.00 dollars and was very disappointed to say the least!
While the service was fantastic, every dish was disappointing...including most of the desserts. Warm dishes were served cold, they didn't match the menu description.
In my opinion staff was rude. Ask a question every wait staff has to come tell you no, We can’t substitute no if we change this we will also change the vegetable. Please note all items are prepared separatly This is from the chef according to the wait staff. All menus are outdated. You order something and the response is this is a old menu. Steak & Tonic provides a unique dining experience with good flavor in a great environment for a steakhouse visit. The prime rib dinner and truffle Mac and cheese are delicious, while the Alligator Bites are highlighted as the best ever. The Pomegranate Martini is also highly praised. The restaurant has potential for improvement in service efficiency and portion sizes, but the staff's customer service and product knowledge are great. The overall experience may not justify the cost, particularly as some main courses can be oversalted.
The restaurant is located in a great area with plenty of parking, and the design and ambience are excellent. The waiter is attentive and knowledgeable, making good suggestions about the menu. The food is good but not extraordinary, with the bread and butter appetizer being just okay. The steaks are tender, but some diners find them lacking depth of flavor. The camel dish is outstanding, and waygu has been described as melting in the mouth.
The restaurant is spacious, allowing for a comfortable dining experience. The manager is friendly and accommodating, ensuring great service throughout the meal.
