The first meal was steak with one egg, which wasn't filling. The dish was more for show, then actually providing a hearty meal. However, the flavor was good. The second meal was shrimp and grits. The grits tasted more soupy, and powdery, but with the added flavor, colossal shrimp, and other tasty ingredients, it ended up tasting good.

So- I really liked this place until the last few minutes. I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and decided to treat myself after a long day. Went solo and sat at bar. I had a drink and prime rib.First, this place bills itself and charges first class prices (no problems there)…BUT then they up-charge you 3% for using credit instead of using cash - like a two bit pizza shop. Seriously!? Most people are not going to buy a 150 ribeye or 300 Wagu and then pay cash. For these prices, eat the credit fee..you’re better than this.Next, waitress added (without saying a word, and without it being posted) 18 percent gratuity for a 45 minute meal at the bar. During which time she didn’t refill my water and really didn’t do anything for me besides bring a menu and mix a drink. I let this go because I was in a CLASSY mood and would have probably tipped more!Oh, and at 9:15 it was no longer seating tables and saying I had to get my order in quickly — the kitchen closed at 10 (or wait, does it close at 9:15 since you are not seating guests). Bar tender wasn’t sure if kitchen would make my dish because it was getting late.Topping it off - the sides were over salted.I don’t know that I will be back. This place needs to CLASS UP its act, service, and pricing matrix.

We visited for the Easter Buffet this year and were terribly disappointed. First issue was the Scotch selection was two options according to the server and IPad. The scotch was under “Bourbon”. Our next issue was the pricing to the amount of breakfast selection/quality of food. The meat had way too much fat that could’ve been trimmed off. As we walked over to be served the ( meat selection) it was presented ( with gloves on) with use of hands… that was a turn off where are the kitchen utensils! ( just a personal opinion ). Our next issue was that we were charged for a child that turned 1 a day before this holiday. Once management got involved we were refunded for the child, seems to be a lack of training and curiosities if you are looking for something that is considered quality dining! Personally won’t be back, but that’s my experience!Kid-friendliness: Charged for a child that just turned 1 a day before our dining experience, not recommended.

I had the special which was a 16once pork chop. It was a deep fried pork rib with about 1.5 inches of fat and the same for meat. There no seasoning on the "meat". I told the waiter and they gave 60% percent off. Also ordered the bread and butter basket. The bread might have been good several days before and if it was warm. The waiter was excellent I felt bad he had to serve that food. By far the worst meal I have ever had out. I only gave a two because waiter was excellent.

My husband and I came here for the first time looking for a nice steakhouse that we could eat at last minute. To our surprise the restaurant was nearly empty, which was actually nice because the wait was not long at all. We were in, seated, fed, and out within an hour! The service was great and the food was very delicious. We ordered the truffle Mac and cheese and split prime rib dinner. The 20% gratuity was unexpected but needless to say, this will hopefully be some place we return to if we are ever craving good steak and great environment. Thumbs up!

Neat restaurant, with an interesting theme to it. We went for brunch, and service was a little slow. Several members of the team stopped by to help, but that seemed to cause more confusion than anything. Portions seemed a little small for the price.
Decided to treat myself and came for dinner after a movie. Nice ambiance and the staff were super friendly and I got the wild boar pasta based on my servers rec. Pasta was well done and flavorful, never had wild boar but Def would get this again. Drinks were on point and contemplated staying for another. Got the flourless chocolate cake which was a little disappointing as it was really a brownie with ice cream. For note kitchen closes at 10pm but they do have a speakeasy which I want to go back at check out.

Was part of a large party, our server was excellent. Got everything correct, super friendly and gregarious. I ordered the short ribs, they were very tender. Portion was spot on...could've used a bit more seasoning though. They were good but not commensurate with the cost.The flight of Old Fashioneds was awesome!

If i could give more stars i would. Outstanding! The food was so flavorful and fresh. My waiter was very professional and friendly. Everything he offered was as described and more. We got The camel and kangaroo which I highly recommend. Even got a order to go. Alligator bites and oyster salad which by the way NEEDS to be on the menu. Can’t wait to go back.
