My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch and Italian.
I like the fact that customers can customize their meal.
If you are vegetarian, this place is for you!

Just no. Absolutely and completely no. I ordered a tuna sandwich and they didn’t add the cheese, the customizations, AND the top bread was completely stale. I usually go to Jimmy john’s for Tuna sandwiches but now I guess I know better.

1st time I stopped in was 5 days ago and I got a great turkey sub.
2nd time which was 30 minutes ago I ordered the Boss and got 6 meatballs on a $11 sub.
I won't be returning to this location. If you eat there, watch the staff to ensure they are properly making a sandwich. That's my fault too, for not catching it.

The worker was very rude. I come in and instead of stop eating his food when he saw me coming, he kept eating. When he did stop he was acting like I interrupted him, while he was eating. Just all attitude. Will never return to j. Clyde

The manager was very rude, the ice had black specs in it & the soda machine was broken & look like it hadn't been clean. The Male manager was even cursing at his female employee. I would never return to this J Clyde location it was the worst customer service I ever experienced, not to mention I had my 10 year old with me while being talked to rudely by the Male manager. I definitely will be reporting this store & manager to corporate!!

I walked in to grab some lunch and the guy working was changing the air filter directly over the food. No "I will be with you in a moment" he just pretended I wasn't there (this went on for a few minutes). I'm a patient person but this dude was rude. On top of that he was dropping shit all over the counter and set the old filter directly on the food... Anyways, just walked out because this place is gross and it the customer service sucks 0/10.

If I could give it a #1 I would. The service is horrific by the two that served me today. I’ll never go back to that location. They were rude, aggressive and just plain nasty to the customers that were in the store while I was there. I’ve never experienced anything like it at any other location I’ve visited. The employees actually tried to FIGHT another customer, they even followed the customer out the store to physically try to FIGHT HIM!!! I was trying to defuse the fight but the two employees were insistent on cussing out the customer and wanting to fight. I hope you have audio and visual cameras to view your people and address them accordingly…But rest assure I’ll never step a foot back into your store and will encourage others To not patron your location as well. They need to be fired ASAP!!!

Both times we have traveled to NN for the holidays, we stopped here. We had the same lady and gentlemen serve us both times. They were funny and gave great service. The food was good.

I’ve already complained through Subway but the managers were absolutely horrendous and full of unneeded attitude. They messed up on the order and it was like how dare I try and get a refund for something I didn’t get yet paid for. This store is one to avoid!!!! I will say the first person I spoke to seemed very kind and willing to help until I spoke to a manager. That’s where it went all downhill.

The gentleman working there this morning was very rude and mean, he rolled his eyes as soon as I walked
in, he asked what kind of bread I wanted with an attitude and then rudely answered me "no" when I asked if something was available. The uncomfortableness I felt in the few minutes I was there is the reason for this low review. I was just trying to get a healthy breakfast and was treated like I was an inconvenience for being there.

Most unprofessional place ever you got 2 dudes working there watching a girl make sandwiches while her shirt is half up tied in the back. I've never ever been to a subway where it was okay for workers to have their shirts tied in the back n showing half their bellies showing. Her belly ring was dangling over the food to like ewww how gross even worse that the manger was allowing an just watching her like she was a piece of candy.

Not even to be an asshole but there was a dread head guy literally serving a female that walked in 5 seconds before us and as soon as we opened the door he told my friend and I that they were closed. It was 10:13pm and I saw y’all didn’t close until 10:30 on your website. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but his demeanor during that whole interaction was very off putting and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Both the dread head employee and the pink haired customer he decided to serve instead of us laughed as we walked out, which makes me believe his intentions were done on purpose and he most likely knew the girl and was too lazy to serve two other people before closing

A man working with a woman completly berated another female coworker the entire time we were there. Not acceptable. HR should fix before they bigger problems for not intervening.
