Was there around 12:30 today 02-12-24. There was a man there Im guessing was the manager. He kept talking very disrespectfully to the young girl that was on the register. He was very rude and he cussed quite a few times while i was there. This location will never get my business again and I hope the young girl finds another job. She didnt deserve that and I didnt see her doing anything wrong. Get rid of that male employee

This is the 2nd time my food was made horrible at this location. The 1st time, I didn't report it. But I'm tired of paying my money for food that looked like a 5yr old made it. The worst Subway ever. I won't be going back to that location anymore, eventhough it was very convenient to wear I live. On top of that, the manager on duty shouldn't even be in management, he don't even know how to answer the phone or try to accommodate the customers...again the worst place ever. If I could have gave them a -10 I would have.

I walked in on Wednesday, January 31, at 9:15 pm. I wasn't greeted but spoke first. It appeared that they were working on closing, okay. Man behind the counter, his name tag of D, took my order. The entire time, he had an attitude. Down to telling me that a cold cut doesn't get toasted. I said they ask if I would like it toasted. Then proceded to tell me, "Okay, I know it all, throwing his arms up." He asks me, "Is your day going okay??" I responded,"Is yours??" Then he went to the back to talk to another employee while taking my order. He took the sandwich out, then I told him he could keep it all, and I left. I don't know if he was upset because everything was on a cart ready to go to the back or had a bad day, but if you don't know how to work with the public, do everybody a favor and quit.This Subway always has rude employees. I won't be returning and I will be calling corporate in the morning.Atmosphere is a 2 star because I was singing to the music that was playing in the lobby ?

I wish I could do 0 stars on service. The lady was RUDE! Walked in and she said “what type of bread”… no greeting no smile. went to check out she did not ask if I wanted to make it a meal. I tried to scan my points she rolled her eyes and said next time I need to tell her first that I am doing points… i go to subway pretty often and I never tell them first. They actually ask I have the app. I asked if she had an attitude today and she said thats just the way she talks. Horrible experience. Will never spend my money in here again

The lady in there working but on her break I’m guessing, was very rude. Cussing at her co worker in front of customers, telling him “yeah you’re learning now.” Also rudely demanding him of things. He seemed very stressed, but did his best. You guys were completely out of flat bread. I could tell he had not been properly trained. Apparently another employee was in the bathroom? So only 1 person on shift? What’s going on? Raised your prices and won’t hire enough people to cover a couple people wanting to order some food. Ridiculous. Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway Station down the street. Way better service and food. My Black Forest ham was pitiful, had about 4 slices of ham on it. The cookies were hard as a rock. $24 for two people; and that’s with no drinks. What an absolute rip off. Swindled out of my money.

Terrible customer service from the lady working in there the guys in there were cool, customer service was so rude made my Wife walk out of the place, store is also not kept up well what so ever gross in there. Along with the fact of having a pick up order being 15 minutes late while they were dead slow…

The app said my order was ready yet when I got there I had to wait almost 20 minutes more. Then I had to grab my own chips which isn’t a problem but still. They wouldn’t have even known I had chips unless I said something. Very slow and way behind. Don’t recommend.

I came into this establishment yesterday with my 6.99 footlong coupon. I had no issues with the services the young man who was behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. However, later on when I tried to eat my food the philly cheesesteak I got was very tough so I decided to bring back to the establishment the next day. Upon arriving to this subway, I was greeted by the manager who immediately had an aggressive tone about me returning the food. I had my receipt and the food as well all I wanted was another sandwich but not the philly. The manager rudely said she would have to call corporate in order for me to get another sandwich. Then proceed to tell me that I would have to pay a two dollar difference even though the coupon was for any footlong sub. After 20 minutes of the manager trying to get ahold of corporate she said she couldn't give me a refund (even though I just wanted another sandwich) and finally the other young lady started to make my food. However, the manager told her to only give me an 6 inch sub not the footlong that I paid for. I didn't want to continue with the back and forth so I just got the sandwich and left. I haven't been to this establishment in a long time due to your lack of professional management and it will be awhile before I come back. I would recommend going to Wawa which is directly down the street.
