Order online then giving my discount says buy one get one free charged me full price for both sandwiches or the footlongs ask for it to be ready at 12:15 wasn't ready until 12:35 make me late for my appointment

Had not gone to this subway in about a year, but food is as bad as it was, will not be returning. Seems like it's, not as good as it was, maybe it's due to the economy and shortage of supplies.

I always have the usual, but I'm never disappointed each time. Definitely recommend. I've gone at night though, so that may make a difference lol 🤷🏾‍♂️

I asked for my meat(chicken teriyaki) to be put in the microwave for 30 seconds before toasting it and the manager acted like it was a problem and she had never used a microwave B4. My husband has an autoimmune disorder and he has gotten a uncooked piece of chicken at one time so he feels better it I do it that way plus I don't want him getting sick because someone can't rotate product. It is just a precaution. Other than her everyone else was ok. That night I went they were not very friendly. Was clean , but the lettuce was brown and the manager refused to change it so I didn't get lettuce and my order was over $30 I don't appreciate that. It seems like if u don't want to be a bit friendly then u should stay home. I might not come back to that one I'm not sure. They need to think about others I have a terminally ill husband whom I am the sole caretaker of but I treated all the employees like I would want to be treated but didn't get reciprocated. I asked for double meat on his I was charged but didn't get it also but I let it go. I had to get home to my husband.
