Let me tell y’all something about this Subway by the Navy Exchange…

You ever walk into a fast-food joint and feel like the universe finally decided to do one thing right today? That’s this place. Spotless. Like “eat-off-the-floor” clean. I’m talkin’ cleaner than a Navy haircut inspection on a Monday morning.

The service? Smooth. Friendly. Professional. You walk in with lunch vibes, and they already know—you ain’t got time for foolishness. These folks move like a submarine crew on battle stations. Precision sandwich assembly, eye contact, smiles that don’t feel fake… that’s rare these days, man.

Even when it gets busy (and it will around lunch), they handle it like pros. Ain’t no chaos, ain’t no drama—just sandwiches gettin’ built and lives bein’ saved one footlong at a time.

The bread? Fresh. The veggies? Crispy. The cookies? Dangerous. Like, “I just came in for lunch, now I’m smuggling a chocolate chip problem back to work” kinda dangerous.

Honestly, if every Subway ran like this one, the world would have fewer problems. 5 stars. And shout-out to whoever’s managing that joint—you deserve a raise and a nap.

There is a very rude white woman there very disrespectful bad attitude I don’t serve to be treated like that saying she can’t hear me when I’m talking perfectly fine well maybe clean your ears old hag, like just put my sandwich in the bag bro 🙏and asking me what I want for my all American they should know what goes on there and gives me a nasty look maybe because I’m Mexican who knows

HORRIBLE SERVICE. WORSE SAMMICHES. My husband did NOT serve in the war to be treated like ROADKILL. Dianne kept hitting on my dear Jimmy. NEVER. COMING. BACK.

Bread was over cook like it had been setting out to long

I called this location regarding my DoorDash order, since they say to contact with additional instructions. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and nasty to me for no reason. She literally just ended up handing the phone off to to someone else there. Luckily that person was much nicer and was able to accommodate my very simple request. If it wasn’t for the manager, I would’ve cancelled my order. Certain people just should not work in customer service

Food delicious and friendly service!

This is one of the best subways there is. One of the ladies that works there can seem to be a bit impatient, but she remains friendly with the customer, but she will jump on the staff with her. The owner, is one of the friendliest people I have ever met.

The lady named Missy that works at night is very rude. Apparently ordering a foot long turkey on wheat and one turkey slider was too overwhelming and she felt the need to cut me off mid sentence to snap "let's do one at a time". I've been going to Subway's since the mid 90's and no one has ever told me to order one at a time. I was also the only person there at the time, so they weren't slammed with customers. Then during the preparation of my sandwich she didn't understand that I asked for light mayo. I have southern accent so she thought I had said "a lot of mayo" so I spoke louder to say "light mayo" because I didn't think she was able to understand what I was saying. She then snapped, "i don't need that from you." I told her I was just trying to enunciate more clearly so she could understand what I was saying. She replied "I wear a hearing aid" How am I supposed to know that you wear a hearing aid? I go to Subway for sandwiches, not your poor attitude. I'll not be back to this establishment and instead go to the Subway on Jefferson.
