Terrible employees

Absolutely terrible. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was a huge disappointment. The portion was tiny, the meat tasted cheap and bland, and I asked for a little mayo—what I got was a soggy mess. I was literally drinking mayo with every bite. Honestly, you’d be better off staying home and eating a bowl of cereal. Total waste of money.

Came through and asked for extra pickles. Owner then says no. I was taken back by that and have never EVER been told no to extra pickles. I told him that and he just continued to shake his head no and when I said I’ve never been told no before in extra pickles the worker said well today’s that day. So rude! There’s another subway down the street. I’d suggest going to that one instead if you want a better experience.

Customer service is trash. Had to wash my hand after eating the subway sandwich I bought. The gentleman rudely told me I couldn’t use it. Then I asked if I could use the female restroom since it’s an individual bathroom, he declined with an immense attitude. Why ? I don’t know, even told me to leave their establishment after confronting to him that the restroom is clearly useable.

The custom service is very poor. I urgently had to use the restroom but they said it was closed during business hours. Although someone previously used it.

Why is closer putting away all food supplies at 8:20? A sandwich shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to assemble. practically handed cold food, and with a weirdly rude & cold demeanor.

Me and some friends were going to get some food when we saw a "be back in 15 mins" sign we didnt know how long it had been up so we decided to wait a man came out and said "cant yall eat somewhere eles i dont get a break yall could wait anywhere else" when i tried to call them later the didnt answer till the 3rd try i asked to speak to the manager the man said "there is no manager here" and then tried to pretend to be the manager. I didn't get his name but he was working on 02JUN24 at approximately 13:30

As I was walking into the store, young man that works there was standing outside at the entrance smoking Marijuana. I asked the in store employee if that was standard practice. All she said is it's legal. So, it's not legal to smoke weed outside on city property and I do not see how letting employees smoke weed on the clock is Profesional. Will not return. I do not want stoned employees messing my food up. Such a disappointment. Never will return to that store.

Needed to cancel a pickup order made on the Subway app today (which needs to be done over the phone). I called twice - the first time went unanswered for about two minutes until someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me, and the lady who picked up the phone the second time I called assumed I had made the order through DoorDash and kept insisting so and rudely telling me to cancel through DoorDash after I tried to correct her, before hanging up on me.I liked getting lunch from here because it's close to where I work, the food is good, and ordering ahead is very convenient and saves a lot of time, but now I'm starting to reconsider.
