Customer service was horrible today! Worker who I believe is the manager is very rude! Got an instant attitude when I asked to add the foot long cookie to my order. He definitely needs to have a Customer Service class

I’ve tried to eat here three different occasions useing the app to order and between them not getting the order correct or telling me they can’t find my order while I’m showing them the order confirmation for that specific location? I give up . Go to ANY other subway .

Made mobile order for my lunchtime meal. Added extra bacon for an extra $1. Got myself and my sandwich back to my job and there is no bacon. Called to let the store on Oyster Point Rd by Food Lion know of the mistake and received very poor customer service. DO NOT SPEND your money at this location 320 Oyster Point Rd. You will be disappointed ☹️

Do not work for this location.. my sister had to call the police to get her last paycheck. The owners and the store manager were holding her check because the store manager said my sister owed her $20. We had to call the police to get her paycheck and the store owners banned me from the store because I told the owners by law the Manager can't keep or cash someone's check because she feels they owe her money. The owners and the Manger are very unprofessional and the officers were able to get her check.
This store was CLEARLY unprepared for the 12 Jul 1 million sandwich give away. The employees were flustered and snapping at customers before finally stating they had gone over their allocated quota. (After I waited 15 minutes in line and it was CLEARLY 10 minutes before the noon cutoff. I think the girl with the braids behind the counter just made that up because she was frustrated and looked ready to blow a fuse. I'll stick to Firehouse or Jersey Mikes in the future for a GOOD sub. What a joke and embarassment for Subway! You can keep your NASTY, COLD, DISGUSTING food Subway!

I've never had a bad experience here. Ordered a turkey, bacon club wrap and got a turkey, bacon club wrap. The employees are always pleasant too.

If I could give negative reviews I would definitely give them a negative 5 I did my computer training and then never got paid for it and they only wanted to work me 8 hours a week so I never showed up! So don’t waste time working for them!
