We usually eat here once a week and they always do a great job. Our sandwiches are always perfect and they are very speedy. I also love ordering through the app so I can just swing by and pick it up!

I’ve tried to eat here three different occasions useing the app to order and between them not getting the order correct or telling me they can’t find my order while I’m showing them the order confirmation for that specific location? I give up . Go to ANY other subway .

Made mobile order for my lunchtime meal. Added extra bacon for an extra $1. Got myself and my sandwich back to my job and there is no bacon. Called to let the store on Oyster Point Rd by Food Lion know of the mistake and received very poor customer service. DO NOT SPEND your money at this location 320 Oyster Point Rd. You will be disappointed ☹️

Do not work for this location.. my sister had to call the police to get her last paycheck. The owners and the store manager were holding her check because the store manager said my sister owed her $20. We had to call the police to get her paycheck and the store owners banned me from the store because I told the owners by law the Manager can't keep or cash someone's check because she feels they owe her money. The owners and the Manger are very unprofessional and the officers were able to get her check.

Our Son received a flyer from Subway with coupons advertising deals on orders, He presented a coupon for 3 foot long subs for the price of $17.99, he made his orders, and upon their presenting the bill (after they were made) was told that the coupon was "Only good for certain sandwiches, and would cost more for his orders". This is a deceptive business practice meant to defraud the customer, the print on the coupon was so miniscule that you'd need a magnifying glass to read it, He should have been informed of this before making the orders. Our Family will never purchase anything from these cheaters in the future, there are many better Deli's in the area that don't scam their customers.

This store was CLEARLY unprepared for the 12 Jul 1 million sandwich give away. The employees were flustered and snapping at customers before finally stating they had gone over their allocated quota. (After I waited 15 minutes in line and it was CLEARLY 10 minutes before the noon cutoff. I think the girl with the braids behind the counter just made that up because she was frustrated and looked ready to blow a fuse. I'll stick to Firehouse or Jersey Mikes in the future for a GOOD sub. What a joke and embarassment for Subway! You can keep your NASTY, COLD, DISGUSTING food Subway!

I've never had a bad experience here. Ordered a turkey, bacon club wrap and got a turkey, bacon club wrap. The employees are always pleasant too.
If I could give negative reviews I would definitely give them a negative 5 I did my computer training and then never got paid for it and they only wanted to work me 8 hours a week so I never showed up! So don’t waste time working for them!

I ordered door dash yesterday and whoever made my footlong oven roasted chicken sandwich for “Jay O” did an amazing job. Some people may disagree because of how messy it was but MAN! Thank you! Lol

Ordered my food ahead. Usually, if I go in person, service is fine. Not everything is tidy, but I usually leave with what I want. However, when I ordered ahead, I arrived and the line was long. They hadn’t even started making my food yet. I waited patiently. They served people who came in after me while still not making my order ahead order. When the line finally cleared and they realized I was still standing there, they realized I was an order ahead order. They rushed to make my food, which I could taste. It didn’t taste as good as it usually does. And I ordered two foot long sandwich combos each with cookies and each with drinks. I get home and unbag my food just to discover that I got a whopping ONE cookie TOTAL for two combo orders? Seriously? This location seems to be going downhill.
