I placed a mobile curbside order. Not only did I have to go inside after 10 min of waiting, but once I got inside I was told that the drink I had already paid for was actually $2-3 more than what it says on the app and that I technically only paid for a small kids juice box. On the app, the drink I wanted and the juice box were a 30 cent difference. I didn’t have more time to waste on my lunch break arguing over a few dollars but the woman up front watched me get the juice box to make sure I didn’t get the other drink. If you’re going to try to overcharge people the prices should be reflected in app or don’t take mobile orders at all.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a pick up order at this store & the employees were very unhelpful with the entire process. In particular Ashley was very rude & combative once they weren’t able to find my order in THEIR system. Ashley would not let me get a word in & told me the only solution to them not being able to find my order was to purchase an entirely new sandwich even after I tried to provide proof (order # & phone # & also verified the store address) of the original order. I then left the store once Ruchi provided me with the phone # to file a complaint, called the number which was answered by Ashley who again was very nasty & would not let me speak. She then realized the number I had called from matched an order that they had for pick up & told me my sandwich was there the entire time after I had already wasted 15 mins of my lunch break getting the run around. Ashley’s lack of empathy & customer service was very blatant & disrespectful as a customer I am dissatisfied & disappointed that subway would even hire somebody who acts this way & treats customers as if they’re just scum on the street.

I can only assume she was the owner or manager. But she had the stankiest attitude for no reason. Caught an attitude while I was patiently waiting for my sub to be toasted and then stormed off after ringing us up. I understand work gets busy (we were the only ones there other than a man who was already eating lol) but there’s no need to show your hate for your job to every person that comes in.

Dipti was amazing!! Was very attentive, listened to all my requests. Was very friendly and personal. If I go to any sub shop I want her making my sandwich. 10/10 would recommend and will be back to see her!

The store is horrible, they rush me though the whole process. This store prices is way too high. $5 more than the store just down the street not even a mile off. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there.

Get this poor man some help. He’s the only one on shift and there’s a line of like 10 people. No greeting, dude was on the phone when we walked in (no customers in store though) I asked for Italian herb, didn’t realize till later I got plain Italian. Dad asked for pepper jack cheese and got provolone. Neither of us wanted to hold the line up to get it right.

Just stopped in for lunch. Staff created me upon entering and the store was clean. They had 2 customers in the store when I entered and 4 more while I was eating.
I would eat at this location again. Stop in and give them a try.

Walked in the restaurant a little close to 9 and the guy was mopping the floor. The door was still unlocked and he said they were closed when it clearly says they close at 10. This was very inconvenient and although it probably was a slow day/night I don’t think the store should have closed early that was money that you all missed out on and a good review I will not be returning here on any day or at any time.

Cane in for an early breakfast/lunch. Shop was very clean. Food area was immaculate. Owner was polite and friendly. Food quality was excellent / fresh. It was a great visit. The owner surprised me with a free cookie. Very kind.

You're Better off going to the subway a little further up Jefferson Avenue because this one overcharges and doesn't honor coupons. Luckily I live close to both so I don't have to come to this one.
This franchise overcharges HEAVILY compared to other subway franchises. Do NOT waste your money here. Go to a different subway.
They also have a sign stating how they do not accept coupons (which I didn't have one so not saying that's why this review is low) but it does go to show just how greedy the owners are here.
Like in what world is 9 bucks for a 6 INCH, fair?
