Refused to take my punch card I assume because I almost had enough for a free cup

Delicious flavors , I wish this location had a porch to sit outside .

Brought my daughter here to celebrate her loosing her first tooth. Sweet frog is her favorite! Our cashier Janasha was amazing! She could tell my daughter was excited about something and asked her what she was celebrating! They had a quick exchange about the tooth fairy and that made her day even better! Thank you Janasha so much for your kindness and excellent customer service!

Was super delicious of course! The young women I think her name was Alyssa I can’t quite remember, she was very sweet, and neat, the place looked super clean the spoons were even facing the same direction which looked super cool!

Sweet frog is always good. Always a wonderful variety of flavors and a wide variety of toppings, who can complain about that. However what I witnessed today is what prompted me to write this review. I would like to point out and praise Sa’Nyiah! I hope that’s her name because thats what my receipt says. This young lady was so pleasant from the moment my daughter and I walked in until we left. What really caught my eye was she was constantly moving. I watched her walk around and wipe things down, restock items, check on things. She really executed “if you have time to lean you, have time to clean.” I personally thought the store was perfectly clean when I came in and she was still getting it the entire time I was there. From one business owner to another you’re lucky to have her on your team, she’s a gem in today’s workforce society. Keep up the good work young lady, the sky is the limit for you with a work ethic like that!

Not only are the treats delicious, the service and people are top notch. Today, my mom was there with my son and they got locked out of the car accidentally. Ayata (sorry if I spell it incorrectly) graciously let my mom use the phone and so she was able to call me and we were able to get AAA to unlock the car.

First time, so needed a how-to briefing, which one of the staff did very nicely. Huge selection of toppings!

It's an ok place. It would be nice if they had more options to choose from. They could have better topping options as well. But my kids like it. I would go again.

Sweetfrog lives up to its name.

Clean, well stocked and a friendly staff. Chocolate was out but it was within 45 min of closing so makes sense. Well done place! A bit pricy but on par with other places similar to it. Overall a great experience.

Tasty frozen treats for everyone! With a huge variety of flavors and toppings what could be better? Not much. You can lean healthy with fruit based ingredients or super sweet with chocolate and sugary toppings overload. There are a million variations possible, which one is yours?

It’s nice to be able to get frozen yogurt the way you want it. They have it in their usual assortment of flavors, along with a large assortment of toppings. It was a refreshing treat for us.
