oh my crunch wrap was very burnt… didn’t enjoy and inside lacked everything but cheese, also very cold mom ordered kfc, chicken was hot but but had an odd texture, similar to bubblegum

The food was cold even though we had to pull up and wait an extra 5 minutes. They got the drinks wrong. They forgot a taco that went with my husband's combo. I've never had a correct order from this establishment. Whenever I've ordered chicken, it's always dried out. Ive officially given up on this place! I'd rather drive all the way across town to mercury near Armistead to get chicken or make it myself instead of wasting my money here.

Gosh I wish I got her name, but she was working at 11pm on 01-19-25 (hopefully that helps track her down) she was so sweet and professional and over the top helpful when I was indecisive. The food (chicken and steak chalupa, or something like that) was also amazing!!! She made me wanna go to Taco Bell 24/7 , thank you!!!

This place needs a leader! 3pm No chicken tenders, no extra crispy chicken. After 3 attempted order offered the facts they only had thigh and leg of original and didn't know when they would be able to cook more,and if I was hungry I could order from the taco bell side. Motivated by my kids, we place a taco bell order a combo and a quesodea and was told $ 34.xx and assured that was the total after being suspicious. Trash can or someone else got that order as I left and went up the road and order the same thing for $18.xx. Responses and Attitude at this place Noone is owning the problem and allowing the problem to be the customer problem and clearly project it as that. New manager New Crew New Mission.....

Been going here for years before "delivery" was a thing....decided to try again with their nugget release:
- nuggets were burnt to a crisp (was told the sauce helps lol) -tried to give me food that wasn't mine - no straw with my drink - missing food (chips and dip)
There is literally nothing good to say about this taco bell and the people who run it - entitled children is an understatement

I ordered food one night and received somebody else’s order. I didn’t realize until I got home so I called the location and asked what they could do about it. I was told I would be compensated on my next visit by replacing my whole meal. I went up to the location a week later and asked about the situation and tried to get my replacement meal. The manager told me there was nothing they could do about it and it was my fault that I didn’t get a name of who I talked to.

Drive thru clerk need an attitude check and to slow her roll,, the champagne bread is hard as a rock, it don't cost much to keep them warm, tea was OK but I will not be back.
I just went through the drive-through and granted I am very hungry, but there was only one car in front of me and I waited approximately 12 minutes. After placing my vegetarian order because I'm a vegetarian, I drove off with my bag only to discover three beef tacos. Went back and had to go through the drive-through once again and this time there were two cars in front of me after waiting another five or six minutes I said forget it and left. Absolutely terrible service. And their sign states on the window they do not offer refunds. Cool so they can just give me the wrong order and not fix it.
