Do not eat at this Taco Bell. Took over half an hour to get our food after ordering. Two deluxe cravings boxes full of burnt food. Crispinadas weren’t even edible. Charred and hard as rocks. Wish we would’ve dined in so we could get replacement meals but did not know until after driving home. I’d give negative stars if I could. Beyond disappointing

Horrible service. So I walk up to the door to go in and place my order and eat and out of nowhere this worker says ma'am your gonna have to go else where and I ask why? They didn't say a word and shrugged and rolled ther eyes and walked away. Then I get up to the counter and the lady there says "tell me the order now" and I just say my order wich was nacho fries and then she just gets the receipt and gives it to me. So I wait and wait and wait in till after 25 minutes or so I finally get my order and it looked horrible, the fries were cold and the cheese was bland and very odd looking light yellow. So please Taco bell please have some respect.

They said in drive thru they cant make a mexican pizza because "the screen" is down but they can make everything else. Weird. Makes no sense. If your system is down you shouldn't be able to make anything. Do they need a tutorial on how to make something they have already made 10000 times? Im headed to a less lazy taco bell.
