3/1/25 The average wait time inside the restaurant is about 30+ minutes. The lobby is filled with people waiting for their food. If I hadn’t already paid I would just leave.

Attempted to add a drink at the pick up window for my toddler, the guy who takes his job too seriously wouldn't allow it, said I had to get back in a 30 mins line..... i get not ordering extra food but common sense would say "hey it's a small drink no big deal" but no... So I walked in and got the drink same dude took the order and handed it to me before the car behind me got their food. I just couldn't help but laugh. It's like this guy just enjoyed being able to give someone a hard time or something. Kind weird behavior and as a business owner myself I'd be so embarrassed if this is what was going on at my establishment.

Will Taco Bell ever get an order right???Ordered 4 tacos, 2 Gorditas and 2 burritos and was missing both Gorditas and a taco. Check before you leave the restaurant. This happens so often you have to wonder if it’s on purpose

In app order. Food was messy taco's half unwrapped and my Chalupa was so skinny. I literally didn't have enough meat to cover half of the shell. Shell was cold and stalejust don't understand why every time after 1:30 am the standard drops well below McDonald's at that time. I pay more to go to Taco Bell than other restaurants because I want a better quality product. Definitely a disappointing trip.

If you have 2 orders in one car… they will make you go back through the drive thru a 2nd time to place your 2nd order. Never heard that one before.

Don't go to this Tacobell, it's disgusting, the drive through after 10pm is impossible, while you wait you'll see cockroaches everywhere, even a customer in front of me got out of his car to kill one next to the delivery window, what a crappy restaurant.
