Where the ai working drive thru asked me if I would like to donate to a charity no but would donate to have a human take my order stupid Corporations all they care about is $ and not employees/ customers

was told by their general manager, I had to drive back around because my food wasn’t ready that I placed online. I refuse to do so, and I rolled my window up when I asked for their name they refuse to give me their name.. Been here once before, and my order was wrong then too believe the reviews they’re not lying

I haven't been to this Taco Bell in a while and I won't be back. We just went through the drive thru. The girl working was rude. She didn't say a word to us and was full of atttitude! Absolutely no customer service here!

We always use the drive thru here. As all three people in my family are disabled, we simply can't go inside. I am usually the one sent to pick up from this location. I never want to be the guy that's holding up the line, checking everything to make sure it's correct before I leave the window. Unfortunately, we have received so many incorrect orders here that from now on, i will have to be that guy. It is unfair to the customer to have to do that. This time, it was a missing Taco Supreme and a missing cheese cup from one of three supreme box meals. I don't understand when I hear high school kids complain about how much they make, yet can't seem to get an order correct. This is a problem for the customer. Please stress the importance of filling orders correctly.
That being said, I would like to note that I had to hobble in once on my cane cuz I had to use the restroom. They were polite in letting me use it even tho I hadn't ordered yet. The restroom was clean and easily accessible for the disabled. Fully stocked. The dining area looked clean. Everyone behind the counter was hard at work. All in all, a great place to grub. Bear approved.

Seriously, just go somewhere else. Go to Jarochitos Tacos across the street, or even east on Warwick to TACOS MÉXICO Restaurant and Taqueria. Or skip tacos completely and go to Mr. Gyro next door. Food consistently is made incorrectly (or the wrong item completely) and waiting nearly an hour (55 minutes) for a mobile order. If you must absolutely have Taco Bell, find any other location on the peninsula.

INSANELY SLOW. They work like a construction crew. One person halfway work and five people standing around staring at them watching. Just go through the drive-through cause they know they actually have to give you the food because they can’t serve anybody else unless you move. Don’t go inside. It’s a waste of time.

Never had problems with this place until today, I'll chalk this up to a mistake and a bad day because again, I've never had problems until today, and I've had the same workers before.

But today I ordered a luxe crunch wrap sliders box

I swapped out the crunchy taco for a deluxe soft taco, and swapped the cinnamon twists for nacho chips.

I instead received a hard taco that was completely crumbled up inside the wrapper, (the Dorito taco was also crumbled up inside)

I received chips without nacho cheese.

My coworker who I was with noticed he was missing food as well,

He ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos, 1 flatbread chicken taco, and a deluxe cravings box.

2 of his burritos were missing as well as the flatbread taco.

My coworker walked back in (we had been out of the store for 20 seconds) and asked to get the rest of his food and for nacho cheese for me, they said he had to pay 69 cents for the nacho cheese and also pay for the burritos he wasn't given.

He spent 22 dollars for his food and only received about $10 of what he payed for, they would not make up for what he was missing without charging him even more for it.

Friendly reminder to keep your receipts because if not fastfood employees will rob you.

How utterly stupid that if you want an apple empanada, you have to order it online, not at the drive through?? This makes no sense - if you have it and customers want it, what does it matter how you order it??

If I could give this Taco Bell 10 stars I would! I always come after my night shift to get dinner for my family so it is a larger order. Every time I come they are so courteous and fast! I always feel bad about how big the order is, but they make it quick and good! The ladies that work are freaking fantastic and deserve a raise.

I went Saturday to get the Lux craving box. I went inside to order my food and waited about 15 minutes. When I got my food it was wrong so I let the young girl aware I saw her tell the guy who told the manager who was on the line helping them with the order. I waited another 20 minutes and never received it. I asked the young lady for a refund and she went and told the manager. The manager tries to say I already received my food the young lady reminded her that the food was wrong. She proceeded to blame the lady and young guy who was making the order for not telling. They said they did she made an excuse. She came up to the register and didn't apologize and was a little rude saying she would give the money back for the one taco. I told her I didn't want any of the meal she rudely asked if I had the food as if I ate the food. I pointed down the counter where I left the food. Again never apologize for the misunderstanding or the wait. Next time I'll just go down the street to the KFC/Taco Bell. I understand being busy but she was more concerned about the drive thru than the five people who were sitting there for over 30 minutes for food.

I ordered the Mexican pizza and threw it out after one bite. It tasted like chemicals of some kind. Awful!! I don't know if the oil to fry the base of the pizza or what, but chemically bad taste!!!

This taco bell was fine as far as everything went,I'm not a taco bell type of guy but I went with my fiance because she is, so I won't go into any detail except for the service was friendly, the wait time was nothing extraordinary, everything we ordered was there, so no complaints and even though I'm not a taco bell type of guy, I'm not biased one way or another either so I'll give it five stars because neither me nor my fiance was disappointed and things went smooth there ,no complaints.

Parking: There is more than enough parking here even during the lunch crush to chill out and eat taco bell til your stomach hurts.
