Just found a string of hair and wire and in my food.. I’m usually pretty sketchy about eating fast food in general but if you live in the Newport News New Market area don’t eat at any of the restaurants out there.. if your coming from Hampton on mercury once you pass Aberdeen don’t stop for any food . Unfortunately it’s always something wrong with my food . Hope to god I don’t get sick

Food is good but I don't see the point in sealing the bag for someone picking up their own food bc if the bag had not been sealed I could've made sure I wasn't missing a burrito and the 2 nacho cheeses yall had the nerve to charge me 50 cent each for. I can't even go back bc waiting on the food dang near ate up my whole hour break 😠

Whoever is working at night. Awful. Seems like a 14 year old is making the food. Fries aren’t filled completely and cheese sauce isn’t filled completely either. It’s a huge waste of money. It’s only the person that works at night. They don’t make the orders well.
