The people who work here are the worst. They always have a crappy attitude and pretty much just throw your food at you and huff when they actually have to do their jobs. Plus they're almost never open. My husband went through the drive through and the lady asked him to hold on a second... 20 mins later he says hello.. and she literally yells at him saying I TOLD YOU TO HOLD ON!!! They need to fire all the employees and do a complete rehire. 0/10 for customer service.
The soft tacos are soft and good. They put what you ordered on it and served in a manner that you ain't waiting for everything.

The food is put together horribly. If they we're preparing the food correctly it would be good. But more times than not it's just thrown together sloppily.
Went into this establishment with a friend of mine for lunch. I can't even make this up. I quote from the Taco Bell employee, " we don't have anyone to take your order." That's what we were told. I counted 5 employees not making any orders and one on their phone. But they did not have anyone to take our order... An interesting experience is the words I will use to describe our visit to Taco Bell. Spend your money somewhere else. They don't need to take orders from customers. They must be to busy counting all the money they have.

They told me that they did not have a staff member to take my order.... I was just standing at the counter in shock. The rude young girl who I hope has a better day did not make the experience any better. I saw a ton of employees, I was the only customer at the location at the time. But they had no employees to help me? I'm curious if this was a race thing?

Whoever made the food tonight made everything completely dry. I ordered the crispy cantina tacos, no sauce. Tacos only had chicken and cheese. Also ordered a chicken quesadilla, no sauce. Again, only had chicken and cheese. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but the phone will ring and then you get a busy signal like it's connecting to a fax machine. I will be going back tomorrow to speak with a manager. I spent over $20 on my order tonight and couldn't enjoy anything, but the nacho fries. I don't usually have any issues with this particular Taco Bell, but they failed on this order!

My order is always right and hot, however I'm NEVER GREETED when walking in to pickup my mobile order, today specifically I walked in and the mngr was standing up front along with 2 other employees it took at least 2 mins for anyone to ask what I was there for, and they don't say thank u have a nice day or anythg... I always experience this but today was it, I can't spend anymore money at this location
