Where do I start. I thought it was gonna be a good place for grown ups. I've gone 2 times. The food was ok and the music was good. The service was horrible our waitress Britney was clearly drunk. The bar tender had an attitude and was also drinking on the clock as well. What kind of place is this where the employees are drinking at work. Classless service. Ill never ever spend a dime in this place.

First time at this establishment, visiting from out of state. Substance 757 Band was the entertainment live band for the evening and I rate them 10/10 HOWEVER, being that this is a Cigar Bar it goes without saying a ventilation system should be a given. I walked in smelling like fresh cut flowers and left smelling like a Lit Cigar Brewery. I understand this is a cigar bar, but my eyes was burning and a better ventilation system should be in place, that’s it that’s all, that’s my post.

If you are looking for a grown and sexy atmosphere to take in a prestige cigar, great meal and an excellent adult beverage look no further. You will get all of this and then some. Tailored Smoke is the place for great cheer and great vibes! An eclectic atmosphere with some great company! Thank you to the owner and staff. I appreciate all that you do.

I’m not able to star the food because I didn’t get anything to eat but the aroma from the food was finger licking.
My group had a wonderful, cheerful, outgoing personality waitress name Fanny. When we couldn’t think of what we wanted to drink she said no worries let me whip you up something based on your likes. She constantly checked on us to see if we were good which you don’t usually receive this type of customer service. Lastly the atmosphere was great. Great music the band did their thang. Environment very welcoming from the host who created us when we came in to the cigar lady to Fanny.

Hands down the best place I have visited! I had the pleasure of celebrating my 50th Birthday there on 31 Aug! The owner Tosha was very welcoming and professional during the whole process! Fanny served those drinks like no other and professional throughout! The band was definitely on POINT!!!! I would recommend Tailored Smoke for any special event you have! The food and drinks are always superb! Awesome job Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge and Thank you for making my 50th a memorable one!!!

I was a member of Tailored Smoke the previous year so my review is based on many visits. The lounge has a great atmosphere so I would come here to do work and have a drink or bite. Their food is really good, everything I ever ate had great flavor and presentation! Eventually the things stopped me from visiting was the service and lack of consistency. One person would make a drink really good and then someone else would make the same drink and it would either be terrible or a completely different drink. One day a certain drink would be part of their happy hour and different day it wasn’t. It always felt like a gamble, especially when the drinks aren’t cheap.

And while the staff was always nice, the service would be slow, even when it was empty. One time we had to ask for water multiple times because our server kept forgetting to bring it - there were no other tables. Once we ordered a charcuterie board and waited for about 30 minutes for someone to tell us that they had to run to Food Lion to get some of the things!

The last time I visited we sat and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to greet us. There was only one other person sitting at the bar and 3 employees in the front. About 5 mins after being sat, one of the gentleman from the front walked through, nodded at us, grabbed something from behind the bar and went back out front. No one ever came to help us. And as we left, the 3 employees who were still chatting in the font just said bye as we left. It was the strangest experience I’ve ever had and just never felt right going back since. I still think about the buffalo lemon pepper chicken wings tho!
