Juicy King Crab House

SIMPLY HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE WAITRESS WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL AS THE FOOD. THE YOUNG WAITRESS WAS RUDE, NO PERSONABLE SKILLS AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FOOD NOT ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

My family and I received our food in a timely manner, everything tasted excellent. The service on the other hand, left a lot to be desired.

While I understand the feeling of desperately wanting to go home at the end of a long shift, the customer should not be the one to pay for it.

Though the food was exceptional, I unfortunately will not be be returning. I wish those that decide to give this place a try a much better experience.

This place was amazing the music was fire the food was absolutely delicious, fairly priced, and it seemed like the crew they had working tonight was really in sync with each other.
my wife and I ate here earlier tonight and we had such a good time and our sever was an absolute angel we ended up giving her about 50% tip on our bill
I was definitely on the fence about trying this place but you shouldn’t be I can’t recommend this place enough

Prices were decent and food was good.

This place has gone downhill. I have been several times, but will not be returning since it just gets worse. 2 waitresses working, they do not wear a uniform. They also keep their personal items, food, drinks at the booth next to check out area. Hand written signs everywhere for no vaping, yet one employee vaped at the front area. Also signs for no returns on alcohol drinks. Maybe a sign the drinks are not made right? One waitress sat us, and said another would be with us. The booths are so high, I don't think anyone knew we were sitting there. The lady who sat us ended up coming back, after she saw we had been waiting awhile. Our drinks came out after our food was brought to the table. When food came she forgot the bucket, bibs, ECT. Our appetizer came at the end of our meal. And the alcohol drink also came towards the end of our meal. The music was too loud, hard to carry on conversations with my table. And as the crowd got louder at the bar area, the music volume seemed to go up too. The item ordered from happy hour menu was full price on the bill. When asked about it, we were given attitude. Overall just not impressed with the food or service. No dungeoness crabs, boiled eggs were overcooked, the boil sauce lacked flavor and seemed watered down. I spent a lot, and walked away very disappointed.

This was my first visit but it will not be my last. I went there on a Saturday and was surprised to see that they had Happy Hour specials like shrimp, chicken, crab wings, drinks etc . I had the most delicious juicy shrimp for less than $5!!! Amazing

Food and service was great but it smelled very weird.

Eeleah is the ONLY reason I’m giving 5 stars. Her service given the rush was IMPECCABLE. Food was ok. Wings were good but the shrimp could’ve been crispier.

The food was solid. DO NOT order the spicy maki sushi combo! it was not spicy. Wasabi was not spicy. Asked the waitress if it was suppose to be the spicy combo and she said yes. I told her it was not spicy at all. Her response and I quote, “well I don’t know I don’t eat sushi.” The fried calamari was mid. They do not serve it with like do you have to ask for it. Popcorn shrimp was okay. Hush puppies were good. Crab cake was okay. Cajun fries were not as expected.

Service was terribly slow. Waitress barely checked up on us. Food took so long to arrive. We noticed other people that came after us would receive their food first. The waitress brought us cup of waters at the same time as other tables drinks (30 mins after ordering them).

The food was amazing! My seafood boil was amazing.

Good happy hour and reasonable prices. Service is slow so I recommend ordering everything at once. Like future orders too (e.g. order of fried rice and a long island after 30min). Environment is fine I usually go with friends. Go to the bar for better service overall.

Pictures of sushi and sashi on website. There was none. Calamari was good. marinara was Cold. Seafood bags minimal. Really salty. Great price on wine.

Sushi Was Terrible! Had no flavor what so ever. Sushi was cheap at least. You get what you pay for
