Hilton Cream Shop continues to impress with its high-quality ice cream and pleasant atmosphere. The service is generally efficient, and the shop remains a favorite stop for a sweet treat.

On a recent visit, I was pleased to see the addition of a new team member—a young Black woman—who carried out her duties with professionalism and courtesy. She appeared attentive and capable, contributing positively to the customer experience.

That said, I was disappointed to observe a few of her white colleagues watching her in a manner that suggested discomfort or distrust. Their behavior—subtle but noticeable—did not reflect the inclusive and welcoming environment that Hilton Cream Shop is known for.

I hope the management team takes an active role in fostering equity, respect, and support among all staff members, regardless of background. A truly outstanding establishment ensures that every employee feels valued and empowered to succeed.

I will certainly continue to patronize Hilton Cream Shop, and I look forward to seeing it maintain not only its high standards for product and service, but also for workplace culture.

Great spot for ice cream!
We stopped by with a big group, and the service was super friendly and impressively fast. They have a big selection of flavors and something for everyone! Everything we tried was delicious. Definitely a go-to spot if you’re craving a sweet treat.

The store was clean and the service was good. There were 2 other people in the store, one Dad with 2 kids and 1 lady. The cashier and her daughter took care of both people within 2 to 3 minutes. The servings were generous and fit the pricing. I will be going back there.

Amazing ice cream! Party of 13 stopped by right before close & the girls working were fantastic. I enjoyed Caramel Cheesecake on a waffle cone however the sundaes are a must try! Will definitely be back

I purchased a banana split for the first time from the creamery. i was surprised that it came with all 3 flavors of cream at first because i’ve only ever gotten vanilla ice cream when ordering them elsewhere. i asked for extra strawberry and pineapple toppings as well. let me begin with the ice cream it was delicious. absolutely amazing. The toppings are fresh and made with love because they were amazing. i could have eaten just a bowl of those happily. i will probably never get a banana split anywhere else now. that i you so much for the care and effort that went into making my banana split. (i would add photos but i ate it so fast) 🫶

The service was excellent and we took our six grandchildren for ice cream and had a wonderful time.

This was our first experience and we’ll definitely be back!
The price is decent for the amount of ice cream that you get. They have really great topping choices for kids and delicious milkshakes!

Service was fantastic, the entire place was clean and cute.
